I would suggest healthy but calorie rich food. Do not eat unhealthy food just because you want to gain weight (It´s not good for you). Pasta, bread, potatoes, rice, meat, milk, etc
its not hard to gain weight (unless you have an eating disorder) just eat and enjoy it. But if you were anorexic than i would understand because you would be having internal conflicts. But yeah, chips, ice cream, and chockolate are really great if you want to gain a few pounds. O and another thing if you wanted to gain muscle then i suggest working out so it doesnt all turn to fat. I hope that was good advice, it worked for me at least. :)

yea i am also underweight but im like way way underweight and no matter what i do i loose weight. lol not good! i need to gain like 20 lbs to be at a health weight. its impossibe.i hate beigh skinny, and i hate pple thinking im anorexic or bulimic. i have NEVER had an eating disorder but pple think i do its so not cool.but yea i dont know what to do to gain weight either. im so happy im not the only one.
My sister is a dietitian and she told me about this.Add more food to your meals, like if you have potato and steak ,add salad. Dont stop exercising!. Exercise around 4 times a week but for 10-20 minutes and DONT work your self A LOT. :)
You know, I wouldn't worry too much about this weight issue. I have two little sisters who've been skinny little things their whole life and that's just the way they are. They eat proper and they are fit as a fiddle, just thin. I had been watching your videos all along but my Computer fell apart and I lost track. Thank You and have a great weekend.

You say you're not a big eater, so if you snack a lot you will be able to eat small things but often.
I would still exercise, just cut it down to a couple of times a week. When you exercise, you crave more calories, so that way you will be able to eat more.
Don't panic too much about your weight, the more stressed you get the harder it is. Trust me :)
