wow! that looks fantastic!! i'm going to try to make it but it seems magical to me. i seriously doubt mine will come out so crispy and delicious looking, like yours -- even though i saw you cook it!

i'm afraid i'm new to Pakistani cuisine, and although this looks like it would be great with rice and just about any kind of "protein" dish, i'm not really sure what would go best with it. any suggestions?
