why is it that a close collision of two airplanes is called a "near miss"? A near miss is when they actually hit, "they almost missed, but they hit instead". just something to think about when you're on a plane, if you so manage to make it past the security without a: having minor exposure to radiation, or b: a bloody anus, idk, it may not be bloody depending on how much it's been used by the large corporations
awww, dont be too hard on this version. Im from a days walk away from Sherwood and Barnsdale, yes, the accents did make me stop watching after 10 minutes,WTF!! where were they from again???Nova Scotia maybe? Anyway, gave it another go,turned the soundtrack to German and watched with subs all the bits with the merry canadians...sorry,men. Didnt stop John Lackland looking like Edmund Blackadder though :) But, a good, fun film, even with the ww2 style landing craft lol
@TheTearsOfPuppys Not sure, but I don't think it's the main reason. History Channel many times uses new movie topics to make documentaries on, and it usually guarantees viewers. Interesting that Russel Crowe is in this, but they also use clips from the new movies the docs are about too. They usually come out a short time before the movie, and doing these is to the HC's benefit.
oh look a program from the history channel that is actually about history
