    strong hips and good technique can make you snatch 100 kilos bot this is close to the world record of 85 kg men, this is not strong this is nearly superhuman

    i can't tell because i'm a little dumb, are you lifting out of the US or South America or Mexico ... the Spanish (i think) and your association with international lifters throws me off

  • He's lifting a lot anyway. I'm lazy when it comes to loading but I like putting at least 20's on, but am using the 25's more often. the 25's are not that heavy!

  • im just saying that if your lifting that kind of weight and dont have a single 25kg plate perside, your oviously trying to bring more atemtion to your self, besides its not fair to hog all the gyms greens now is it. lol

  • starting with yellows and then throwing 10's on for each successive set is pretty common... much easier than taking weights on and off to get reds on there. also if you're puny and weak like me, handling the reds takes a lot of energy. 10's are my saviors ;) our gym has plenty of 'em, too.
