I LOVED the video until you showed that Pagan Flag. Unfortunantely the only prophecy fulfilled with the Israelis NOT the Israelites is Revelation 2:9. You would ESPECIALLY understand this if you believe in the Messiah, he especially made it CLEAR that the TRUE Israelites are his flock and they deny him and THATS denying the FATHER and would keep them in apostacy. If you study history it actually PROVES the Ashkenazi Jews CANNOT be the Israelites of the Bible for several reasons.

I consider myself a follower of jesus, but we have to remember that Israel is still not soverign because they use ours and some of EU's tax dollars to fund them, so they must listen to our "whims" if i can phrase it well.Also these are all self fufilling predictions(speaking of only the ones mentioned above) and their are many many more that need to be fufilled.

Alright I hate to burst everyones bubble but the wars fought were backed by the united states and our milatary forces, the forces used to reclaim the land was also all american. Israel is not 100% soverign because their economy would be woefully unstable without the 80 billion dollars we give to them for support. We also have to remember that history (refering to the babylonian refrence) in the old testemeant is not at all verafiable, unlike the new testeameant where some of it is.

There is also something else that really sticks out to me,I am new to Christianity and am reading the OT. In Daniel it describes different animals which are nations. There is an eagle that separates from a Lion...... Britian uses as it's symbol a lion,America the Eagle.

@mcap52 I cant remember where I read it but Im sure in end times prophecy the eagle, the dragon and the bear are mentioned. Im pretty sure thats the US, China and Russia. I am very sleepy and so happened to scroll accross your comment and couldnt help but mention it.

@therealbombassa That's a very important question we all must ask when trying to understand the bible, including it's many prophetic teachings. While mankind has come to many different conclusions on passages in the bible, God's word was recorded with clarity & it's our individual responsibility to "prove all things" for ourselves as God instructed us.

@therealbombassa I bring this point up, because while some say this & some say that (which occurs for most of life's many question) about this passage in particular, the passage in question itself, including those surrounding it on both literal & related terms, speaks clearly to the point that such events would occur in the future. Many back then likely thought such events would come to pass in the near future, but as they & we know now, it's our generation that has seen their arrival!

@GODLOVESUSSOMUCH Cheers for those links mate. It seems strange that the classic interpretation connotates to current events so much. One element that did confuse me (your the expert, so you might have to find the passage for me) is that the Roman Empire would be reinstated before the end times. That is essentially the Euro Union if you look at maps for them both. That was the Fourth beast, but I cant see how that beast represents the Euro Union, only U.N.

@therealbombassa Actually Revelation speaks of one of the seven heads of the beast empire resurrected as the 8th head---it does not say which head is resurrected it is assumed it is Rome.

@mcap52 The lion/eagle was Assyria Babylon in ancient times. In Deuteronomy 28:49 it mentions nation which swoops down like an eagle from afar.
