  • thank you for loading these songs... simple, unadorned, beautiful

  • I absolutely love Sarah Harmer. I love to listen and sing all of her songs. I hope to see her in concert one day. That would be great. She just seems to be one of the artists whos albums sound amazing, but they sound that much better live.

  • Ah, Queen's, my old stomping grounds. Wish I'd seen this show... She did a great show here in Guelph a couple of years ago. A similar venue - War Mem Hall at U of G...

  • I work in a bookstore and play all of Sarah Harmers cd's and the customers always love it!!! I love the CD "I'm a Mountain"..It's a great return to the sound on "Songs for Clem". To me it's that earthy, natural "ontario" sound that attracts me the most to her music. :)

  • @airslug1, I totally agree: I'm from Ontario, and to me these songs really DO seem to carry that specific 'ontario' sound. all the rural cornfields, the forest roads, the architecture, the lakes...

  • @Lmotleygirl and airslug1 - I too am on board! There is something that screams Ontario in almost all of Sarah's songs...the Hip too.

  • @Lmotleygirl YES. Exactly what I was thinking!1 I first fell in love with 'I'm a Mountain' last summer in Toronto (ontario!) during the may heatwave; and it called to mind all of those places :)

  • She sings beautifully
