Obviously some body landed the fish while fishing.....when it got to the boat someone tried to bring it in ..with a gaf..Ihave one that looks exactly the same.....

the guy must have freaked out and let it go so the shark got away but the gaf got stuck and stayed inside.......grey nurse sharks do not swim around and swallow poles with hooks at the end of em ...

This was more likely some arseshole deliberately attacking a perfectly harmless shark.
