@yelzhan123 I have to agree that german cars tend to break a lot, but their interiors are very solid made with great finish. I owned an Audi S6 back in the time, it was an amzing car, BUT now that i bought my Lexus LX560 i understood that nothing beats japanese cars' reliability and electronics.

You're just jealous that you can't afford one. And yes, every car loses money. That's what happens when you buy a car. It decreases in value. Get used to it. My wife has a BMW 520D that is 3 years old now and it is by far the most well made car I have ever seen. The fuel mileage is good, its reliable, it rides smooth, and its quiet. Much nicer than the soviet military surplus ГАЗ-66 I drive around in. I'd have bought her a 760 but she really doesn't need a V12 for anything.

Initial quality studies are bogus because they are a handout to companies that pay them and based on trivial crap like steering wheel stereo controls or whether one car has 5 more kW than another. It says nothing about how good a car will be 2, 5, or 10 years after buying it. I agree that iDrive probably takes some getting used to but even despite that my wife's car is the only thing I have ever purchased for her that she has never complained about and she drives the thing 25000 KM a year.

I wont agree with you. I live in Europe. I had 2003 5 series beamer a.k.a "The pig".

Never had any problems except air bag error, few interior lights was changed and battery wearied out in 6 years.

Of course not so while ago I crashed it... but in reliability aspect its almost perfect

Did you know that BMW 7 is also available in Thailand. Assembled here - but with a smaller engine a 3,000 cc twin turbo. The BMW 730Ld

L= long wheel base.

In Thailand you can get a Beemer model: 3, 5, X3, X5 and the 730Ld all powered by smooth Diesel engines. I drove the 320d. Top speed 200 kph. And 800 kilometer on a full tank (61 liter)
