  • "posthumanhero"! So not, please! Mark St.John, the Band menager, is very nice guy, the band is like a family. First of all you have to know the story about the band, i mean the whole story.

"rowley1950" :...What sort of language is at the end of YOUR post?

  • Pure f#@in awesome

  • Who's the guy who introduces them? No need for that sort of language. Fucking disgusting!

  • mark st john demoralizes the pretties with his obnoxious bashing of other rock stars.......he's annoying.

  • We'll see how good you look and whether you "quit" your passions in 40 years...

  • Oh, Pretty Things! Come to Finland! One of the greatest bands EVER!

  • Phil is still pretty hot.

  • Jagger....jogger more like./

  • Great video, thanks for posting! I saw their show in November at Twickenham and it was one of the most fun shows I've been to. Frank Holland must be among the great underrated guitarists.

  • Ok, can you please tell me who originally recorded this song? Thanks

  • I think Rosalyn is a Pretty Things original, their first single A-side (B-side was Big Boss Man) in 1964, not written by band members but written by Jimmy Duncan and Bill Farley (based on the song "Fortune Teller")!

Rainin In My Heart is a Pretty Things original from 1965.

  • raining in my heart was written and originally recorded by slim harpo in '61, big boss man was originally done by jimmie reed, written by al dixon and a smith, early '60's too

  • Thanks for the info. The kid is very solid. I just read an article I think in MOJO about the Prettys and what Viv Prince has been doing. Very interesting article.

  • Thanks for this post. Who's the new drummer? any background ?

  • As old mate Skip Alan's heart could not stand the touring tortures anymore they purchased 17-year-old Jack Greenwood on drums...

  • i went out for a drink with jack just 3 days ago down the pub!!! amazing drummer and a legend of a guy! =D

  • he was in my drum class in brighton institute of modern music. He comes from Eastbourne in the south of England. A pretty damn talented drummer. He really likes stewart copeland and john bonham.
