yeah you can go on the whole map in free roam against ppl online. if u wnt to know where a secret car is there is one on the very top left of the map where the roads look like branches when you are looking at it from the map. go behind the garage thats up there and you will find a secret car

Shouldn't really be mad about not getting the game though because it's easy and also can get excruciating after the final missions in Bohan. Since you get to a point were gun fights only last no more than eighteen seconds, like an example would be when I did the union worker mission. I shot down the heli and just walked past the guards with the Ak shooting them in the arms then legs then head. To easy, to short, to slow.
