Pochonbo Electronic Ensemble performs this song with Kim Kwang Suk on lead vocal... but this band looks more like the Wangjaesan Light Music Band, with all the girl instrumentalists in front. Who knows... maybe it's members from both groups?

@MrWoofington There is no doubt that the Singer in the middle is Kim KuangSuk, haha i've never seen her performance held before 1992. But that's was the original form of PEE, as you said, more like WJS. When it officially gave performances to people after 1991 or later, Guitar and Base were performed by other men. Kim KuangSuk,Jon Hyeyeong,Ri KyongSuk, Jo Gumhwa and Ri Pumhyi only sang songs but not played any instruments.

Wow. they played Brother Louie by Modern Talking. The guitar part (vocal notes) was soooo cute....Girl, love is a burning fire...stay..coz then the flames grow higher, babe...don't let it steal your hear ....it's easy....easy..... :) NICE BAND !!!! Applauds!!!!

Certainly from Russia and Japan, China as well I would say. But North Korea seems to have a way of "claiming" things their own regardless of what outside influence there may have been. Like the way The Great Leader "invents" things... like when those poor old N. Korean folks were treated to laser eye surgery a few years back by foreign doctors and Kim Jong Il took the credit for it...

get along with russia, china and japan at first. later with
