u can do it on pc like this-

start any private server and when the map loads put in the console: /devmap mp_the map you want to go to. WHen tht map loads type in /seta thereisacow1337 in the console. and then select a class with c4. type in /player_sustainammo 1. thumbs up so everyone can see
