Yes, absolutely. In fact I think towards the end of the second part of this performance Franke starts laying down one his trademark synthesizer sequences which would dominate TD's sound during their Virgin Blue Years period. Seems their live improvisations between studio albums were testing grounds for new directions.
And to answer the other person's question further, I believe Baumann used a Farfisa organ.
Transitional is the word. Because, if you listen only their official stuff, you get impression of (sometimes radical) change of style. But if you listen Tangerine Tree material (or bootlegs, whichever you can find), you can see that this is not so. There is a change of style, but more subtle.
I think this one is primarily Froese on his mellotron. I really like this transitional period in the group, out from the deep murk of Atem to hints of what was to come with Phaedra.
hammonds are not likely in TD but it's possible. Baumann usually stuck w/ Farfisa organ...other gear they used at this time was lots of Mellotron (actually an elaborate tape-machine "sampler keyboard", and their only synth at this point was an EMS synthi VCS3.
Well, it is part of my intention to show at least some early TD work, as in Berlin Deutschlandhalle 1973 or Sheffield 74, because it was the root of classical TD sound.

I looked in their albums from seventies and they did use organs, but it doesn't specify which. It could be Hammond. Maybe someone knows.

@WagnerDisaster Thanks for checking man. I do know TD have used about every keyboard under the sun.

Do you know if they ever used hammond organs or was it always synths?

Great sound quality here, btw.

Baumann used a Farfisa and I think Franke and Froese used Vox's
