  • how would you purl through the back of the loop but keep a hole open ( like from a yo in the previous row)

  • @MsSerabella Purling through the back loop (usually down on the "wrong side" in a stockinette piece" creates a twisted stich, used as part of a stitch pattern generally, or can be used during a "make 1" purlwise to keep the new stitch from being to loose. It really doesn't impact the stitches on the previous row.

  • @planetpurl ok... i have a pattern that calls for a purl through the back, but done in such a way that it leave it open, it doesn't twist the stitch.. i've no idea
