It's an Italian language version of 1984. If you don't understand Italian, then it's not for you. You can find several English language versions of 1984 on YouTube.

Be it English, German, Italian, Japanese, or Swahili, it's always better to see the film in its original language. There are just certain nuances that cannot be translated.

In the original version Goldstein's voice during the 'two minute hate' scene is nearly inaudible because of all the shouting, nobody wants to hear what he has to say, but now that he's dubbed in Italian it seems like everyone can perfectly understand him thus defeating the entire purpose of that scene. Sometimes dubbing is just stupid..
