Solenoid Insert maintenance shocker SFT and NXT

@Dextraport The inserts usually go about 9 turns in, there is some variance between shockers but for NXT's its somewhere around 9.

As for the leaks, check the 16/90 bolt sail, the inserts (both o-rings and alignment) all 6 manifold o-rings, they are the most likely cluprits, and of course make sure everything has a nice coat of grease

Hello all good. I'm having trouble with my nxt shocker. First there is a large leak at manifold. Second, when I shoot there an air leak behind the bolt and to feel in the hand. How do I know and the ideal fit for the rods

jw how to replace solenoid? and where to buy..?

Solenoids are a simple switch, just remove the old one, drop the new one in.

You may need to switch teh board over which if you have a parker solenoid may be a bit more time consuming as you have to de-solder the old board and put it on the new solenoid.

Best place to pick one up would be a SP dealer or PBn or a local forum to you

hi again, thanks I want to ask you another question, I have a shocker shocktech nxt and it has continuous Drop off (the bolt doesn´t move), I cleaned and greased the bolt, fire chamber, sleeve and bolt guide with sl33k, I change the bumper of the bolt guide and all orings, I turn the dwell up and nothing, what can i do?

the filter is just that, it filters any junk out of the air, most places have clean air now but back in the day and with CO2 it's wasn't always clean so the filter had a purpose

hello thanks, I am going to try those options I have a other question, I need to change it, so I would like to know if the nxt solenoid insert lef w/filter is the same that the SFT, because I am going to buy it in a online store. thanks

If it won't come out from th eforce of allen key and man power alone, you can try glueing th eallen key in this should let you exert more force on the insert, also try an extension bar (something to stick on the end of tyhe allen key increasing it's length allowing you to increase the force applied to it), other than that it's down to good old Mr Power Drill I think. Try a local engineering firm/plant they may have all sorts of stuff for this type of thing, thay have halped me many times.

i think this is the problem with my gun, when i shoot there is a gasp of air coming from inside the body of the gun and the ball shoots like 1 ft max sometimes not coming out of the barrel, the bolt will move and when i shoot fast for 2-5 seconds it will shoot normal..is this the problem? or do u know what it is? this is a 03' shocker SFT

sounds like you've got some major bolt stick, clean and regrease the bolt assembley and solenoid.

how do i get my sft shocker to noid click i just got it and havnt shot it yet but i turn it on and i dont hear a noid click so how.

check all connections (fresh battery, wires not crimped, pins in harness not bent) check your eyes are off if you are not shoting paint

hey my o6 sft w/ vision doest want to fire when on is on. It only beeps. I put eye off and it works fine? I already replaced my eye and it still wont work with my eye on. Can you help me out man? Any advise you can give me that my be wrong?

if your eye is new it leaves only a few possibilites, wiring harness is faulty, wire harness connectors have bent pins in, eye connection is shot on the upper board, which would mean a replacement of the upper board or removing the eye socket and resoldering a new one on (quite fiddly)
