Mike Seeger was a national treasure. His contributions to American music, as a performer and as an interviewer and preserver of old time music, are priceless and beyond calculation. He will be sorely missed.
I saw Mike Seeger play at the Brisbane(Australia) Town Hall in 1969. I love the New Lost City Ramblers. Mike Seeger, a great exponent of old time music
