Skrev så bara därför att i arabvärlden så anses man vara ondskans redskap om man dansar i Tv.

Såg ett program om en som hade gått i Idol där och som blev mordhotad för att hon tog av slöjan och dansade när hon gick vidare.

Värsta brottet var att hon hade dansat i Tv.

Hon blev diskad för det, så därför undrar jag om det är så det ska vara här med till slut. Goodnyheter visar på precis samma åsikter som de som var där.

I have changed my mind. I thought about Danny and Timoteij as possible winners without listening to the songs. But after I've seen Loreen perfoming "Euphoria" I think she should win! Her performance is amazing and it's an amazing song. I think no one of the other participants can beat her performance. If peolple vote more for others in the final and send for example Danny to Baku I will not be happy about it and it will make Loreen extremely underrated!

with all respect and LOVE from your neighbour: dont you reallly have anything else but this kind of music there in Sweden, I mean eurovision is kind of a big thing in Sweden, isnt it??:) I think the music there is always the same, nothing different or special.. Or is that melodifestivalen just for pop-music?

And I dont say it would be better here in Finland; Eurovision is not a big thing here at all; and good and well-known artists or bands never participate...

Melodifestivalen is far more varied than the Finnish selections. ;) MF isn't only for pop-music. dnibcn however clearly likes pop music which is why only pop artists are featured in his/her top 10. Every year there's everything from rock to rap to folk to schlager in MF. The Swedish audience however - and yes, MF is the most popular show in Sweden - tend to vote for pop songs. Not always, but most often. ;)

@mieroth Ok:) I know that the level is higher there than in the Finnish selections, as I said, in Finland eurovision is not valued so much and well-known artists dont participate. For example this years selection is totally a flop here. But we still have good music;) What I meant with my criticism was for example that "in the club" or love generation -kind of music etc. which arent somehow original, just the same ABBA kind of music. But Loreen is nice, though. And you have great music

@verrri1: Having well-known singers does not guarantee quality... And it's debatable whether the quality selection is higher in MF than in the Finnish selections. I wouldn't say so actually. But obviously MF is just as much about the show and since MF is so popular in Sweden SVT puts a lot of money into it. :P

@verrri1: And lol at you calling Love Generation and Danny ABBA music. xD Danny being quite vocal in his dislike of schlager whilst Love Generation's song was written by RedOne (Lady Gaga's song-writer). They both sing pop songs but there is hardly anything ABBA-ish about them. o.O You're not completely off-track though. I get what you're saying. Schlager songs and pop songs that enter MF are often very popular and are more likely to get voted on by audiences to the final...

@mieroth Yes you are right, that was quite stupid to compare those to ABBA. But anyway, thats good if you got the point;) And even though its written by Redrama it doesnt mean that its good;) And thats also true that well-known singers do not guarantee quality. Am I right that those participants are quite well-known there already? This years selection here in Finland is very bad, the only one of those 12 that I like is Pernilla Karlsson and she sings in finlandssvenska which is nice:)

@verrri1: Having RedOne as a composer DOES mean it's not schlager which is what we were discussing... ;) And many of the singers in this years MF are quite well-known. Quite a few unknowns this year as well though. And I personally like the songs in the Finnish final. Pernilla is one, yes, but I also love Ville's song (and ICONCRASH <3). Best of luck with picking a representative!
