living about 5 minutes from carowinds, i can tell you that right after cedar fair came in carowinds became packed, what used to be 3,000 people a day turned into 13,000

The Cobra is HORRIBLE as is Nighthawk. Both make me so sick. Intimidator was a great addition but what Carowinds really needs are a) Top Thrill Dragster-like coaster and b) a large indoor waterpark with attached hotel rooms. (believe me, they have the room for both!)

i remember when a few years ago we had a REALLY bad drought (if you live in the area you should remember it!) and they would run this ride dry! and the little pools under it were all drained

i really miss this thing. on a rather cold september morning back in probably 2003, i rode the FSS 14 times in a row on my 14th birthday. it was fun as hell to soak people below you. i always aimed for the elderly. good times.

i cant believe they took this out. you think Carowinds would be proud of owning 1 of only 2 rolleroasters like this in the world. :P..and to make things worse they put in carolina cobra in its spot and theres tons of rollercoasters EXACTLY like it.

Omg when It was my first time @ carowinds, my gandma and I were standing INNOCENTLY under the ride, and BAM! I was soaked, rofl. This is my reason why I never go near the people riding the rides, and I shot them with the water guns instead.

i used to love this ride! but it was kinda dangerous because my sisters seatbelt thingy came off during it...but shes still alive XD

They took this ride down.. this ride was awesome!.. its one cart the fits 4 people.. 2 in front faceing forward.. 2 int eh back going backwards..and you ahve a gun thing that you get to dump water on anyone when you go by the line for the ride or jsut people wlaking by!.. i loved this one..!

I am glad to see this go. The one time I rode it, we stood in line for 2 hours and wound up getting out line and just getting wet standing under the ride and squirting other people.

Yes. The other roller soaker is at Hersheypark. It is called Roller Soaker.

Uh, actually Roller Soaker is a rip off of FSS. FSS was added in 2000 and Roller Soaker was added in 2005...so I dont think you know what your talking about.
