i don't like this. the barista didn't have any nice personal contact with that espresso. yes, the grind was already pre-set, but no dosing, no distributing, no hands on tamping.... and even the extraction didn't look as nice as many i've seen. i think the beauty of making coffee is being able to control every little variable to get the best outcome. if everything is pre-set, like what's shown in this video, i feel like the ritual of making the coffee as well as the product produced is sub-par.

well, at that time I was trying the equipment I had... with everything set up right I've got excellent result.

Check some of the other videos I have and you'll see more "hands on" examples.
