You know the red beaker? That's not what makes your character grunt, it's the pin board thing behind it with all the pictures on it, as a matter of fact alot of things, when holding the action button on them, make your character make some noise.

All 3 pin boards, the paper under the grate with the illuminati symbols on it, and bloody paw print. Also by the bloody paw print i dont know if you noticed but theres a skull shadow on the wall :S
