nice man!what is that natural sweetner?where i can find that?are you sure its not like putting a little sugar on the bowl?i think its a little cheat with the sweetner :P.but i dont realy now that staff,.you tell me.maybe its bad because everything sweet has a hight glycemic index?or thats not right?
Make it into a book?:( honestly, i had difficulties buying stuff online. Its just troublesome as I'm living in Asia. Hopefully Mr Leanbodylifestyle will make it into ebook instead, which will be free for download:) I mean his vids are currently free on youtube, might as well make it free always...
@inbarshema yeah thats what i was thinking. 1 cup dry oats seems like a crazy amount to have. Like super-bulking. I just wanna stay lean. I use 1/3 cup lolol
damm i dont have chocolate protien powder_-, i have vanilla can i use that? or is it going to taste nasty? i could of got chocalte but it wasnt on sale, only the vanilla one :/
That actually looks really nice! I want some lol! I'm thinking about starting to use protein powder, but still a bit unsure whether to or not. How much protein do you usually consume in a day?
Excellent recipe. I eat this several mornings eat week, except for the stevia. I don't crave sweetness in my oatmeal, or other foods. It's thanks to watching your videos that I learned to mix in the whey protein after you cook the oats. I used to microwave the oats and whey powder together. It was often clumpy and dry. Now I get the perfect consistency every time.
I made the chocolate oatmeal today without peanutbutter, and I have to say it was absolutely amazing! im on a diet and this recipie is definately staying in my diet plan
Have you ever thought of contacting Quaker Oats for some royalties, You promote their product enough, that they owe you something, LOL. And oats are used so commonly in so many healthy recipes.
I have tried this but it just tastes so gross with water, it tasted better with fat free milk. Just my opinion. I didn't try it with banana though so I will next time. Thanks for the videos!
Hi michael, I just read the nutrition label on the oatmeal, and it state that the serving size is only 35gram, just wondering how much you use actually, thanks
definantly keep it up man, if you continue with these awesome videos you will continued to get noticed, just keep it consistant. Also thanks for making these, they're great!
lolol. he was clearly referring to the instant flavored packets of oatmeal when he said that oatmeal has tons of sugar. and he was clearly nice about it. haha. and you arent. ahh poor you. do you need a hug?

Sweetened whey, a banana and stevia?!?
That sounds super sweet, thought the banana would of provided enough sweetness. Guess it's a personal thing.
