  • Hey, if you could reply, i would be so grateful! I found some sugar free marsmellow's really low in calories.. but ridiculously high in carbohydrate. The carb doesn't effect the sugar level at all.. but can i eat these as the carb is like 77.7g, if you could help.. i'm stressing as i can't find any sugar free sweets and i'm on day 5!

    My temptations are eating away at me. Also, any other breakfasts you'd reccommend apart from eggs?? i'd love to hear from you your so motivating!xxxxxx

  • You bring up a good point. I hate to say that I didn't even check the carbs on my sugar free candy. I just looked up some of my favorite sugar free treats online to see the nutrition facts and it turns out that they all contain a high amount of carbs. I still lost weight. But I did notice the days that I did not have them I lost more weight. It is impossible to go without your cravings for a long time. Enjoy a few marshmallows If you are doing everything else right it won't hurt.

  • @Iammyownsuccess hey I ran out of room on my first response but I also want to answer your question about breakfast. An alternative to eggs is yogurt or a protein shake. Unfortunately I can't think of any other breakfast foods that work with phase 1. Good Luck on your diet! I am excited for you. There are times when it gets hard but if you have made it to day 5 then you can do it!

  • Hey Slimster, i'm enjoying your videos. I always eat the Srgento cheese sticks and they do the trick for me, I also get plain non-fat yogurt - I then add splenda and sugar free vanilla extract and its amazing!!! Taste like a vanilla pudding or soemthing, soooo good and its Phase 1 approved. I'm only on South Beach not even 3 days and I lost almost 3lbs already. wooohoooo

  • You are not supposed to have sugar in phase 1. That is why I bought the sugar free candy. I did however allow my self to have one yogurt a day, sometimes two, that contained 4 grams of sugar. I figured 4 grams was not going to hurt. I did lose weight still with those 4 grams. On the days I did not have any sugar what so ever, I noticed I lost the same amount of weight as the days I allowed my self to have a yogurt. I hope that answers your question :) Good luck!

  • @HealthySlimster oh ok so im form tijuana mexico here we have a label of yogurth that its nam is lala dont have any fat or any sugar but its plain yogurth but its taste goos for me sorry for my english is a total mess so actually i eat eggs and veggies when i have hungry or cheese you know ihave panela cheese so its really good well hugs from tijuana :D

  • Great vid, also the scene is fantastic, light snow falling in the background. I make my own beef jerky for a snack, i use cinnamon and tumeric for flavour, very tasty.
