Hey Dan, Thanks for the kudos. It hasn't been baptized yet, but hopefully it will swim a little. The half-tracks will be replaced with a full set of swimming tracks (similar to your tracks) soon. It is pretty lightweight and seems to be a torque monster, easily lifting up the front if I open the throttle quickly. This entire drive system design is new so I will be putting it through it's paces in the next few weeks. If its works out it could advance our sport. I will be doing a "walk-around"
Ray that is an awesome project! Does it swim? Obviously pretty fast and smooth riding, love that steer-skid/steer system! Should be unstoppable in the mud with the ground clearance and light weight. What type of transmission-trans axle system are you using-I take only the read wheels are driven and they of course turn the tracks?
Well there are 2 ways to turn. With the handlebars you can steer about 30 degrees left or right. When you go past 30 degrees it activates the brake on ether side and and you can almost turn in it's own length (skid steers).

Hi Ted, Yes thanks. Do the track guides look familiar? So what are you riding these days?
