@L3thalBrickProuction im not dmfaria83, but it depends. if the space is limited and they both live together, the strongest/biggest queen will start to fight the other( not much in wild/captivity). if the colony meets and the food and water is limited, one of them will attack the other(wild/captivity). this doesnt happen that much in leaf cutters. but the most agressives are fire, argentine, and pharoh ants because they have so many queens (200+) that the colony grew and it needs so many space

You can catch a queen on these days OR you can dig an ant mount to find the queen, but this way is much more difficult to find it."

2) The jar was closed

3) They cut leaves and flowers ... almost any type.

4) I think a temperature around 20 C is good for it.
