Hey I'm experementing with the charge macro, for some reason when i hit it my toon will say out loud "Charge; [help] Intervine;" any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Issues with the sound, seems mostly in the left speaker and going in and out on the right speaker (and lol no it's not my headphones or my PC setup)

that's because my voice is coming out of the left speaker, the right speaker should have minimal volume due to the way I did the voice recording, so yes it is your headphones, sorry.

If you expand the video so it takes up your whole screen and increase it to 720p, you can clearly see the macros as he opens his macro window. So just pause it and write it down.
