It's funding for hundreds of Islamic Fundamentalist schools throughout poor parts of the Middle East and the world where hatred for democracy, the west and tolerance is taught as religious doctrine. Oli money pays for these schools and they fill the parts of Pakistan where the Government has lost control. It changes the entire culture of the area and makes it a recruiting ground for terrorism.
