Rest in Peace I never was hip to his music until his passing because it was a little before my age. I have been in the Cuyahoga County Jail more then once from 98-2003 on and off before my departure to prison then I got my life together. I will be the first to tell you that it's abusive staff is quite capable to killing someone. On the 10th floor of the old side and on the 11th floor of the new side divided into 2 jails they have S.W.A.T team members who stomp all the time and get away with it.
