The whole riverpark was 20 feet under. So the water level rose to some 30feet or 9meters from its normal flow level. Thank the Lord that the bridge did not collapse. By the current flow rate, another 3 to 4 feet rise in flood could lift up the road deck and the precast beams below it at this location near the IVC/Barangka side.
