Hello Steve, just a quick question for you, do you have any videos comming out on your new layout progress so far? Or will it be just one big unvailing at the end. Oh by the way if you are into tinplate real estate ive got a building that you must see. Give me your emal adress and I will send you some pics of it. Its a real beauty of a station. Its the oldest and rarest of all the ives stations, An ives 116 station from 1902-1903 hand painted back then. Take care and nice vid.
I will take snapshots as I go along and either put them on YouTube or Flicker. Slow getting going, some summer honey do's, taking the grandkids places etc.
5 Stars! I'm looking forward to seeing your new layout. I want to get started on a railroad, but the only room I have is in our basement. I have very bad legs and it is hard for me to go up and down stairs. To make matters worse my trains are in my attic!
Only two more items to box up. Got all the wiring out last night. Taking off the track is next. Then I need to curve the Gargraves track for the outer loop. I will have to make a bending jig to keep the curves smooth and a consistent radii. Hosting a TTOS open house in October so lots of work to do.
That is a nice train! Hope all is going good well in the remodeling of your layout!
