he did NOT die. they talked to him and they said that the dent that the car made when it got hit, landed on him so the full weight of the car was not on him. it was a VERY close call.
@CharlyGK7 That's true. It was amazing but he didn't die. The dent in the side of the car caused by the accident miraculously served as a buffer when it landed on him. He was also crossing when he shouldn't have and could not sue.

BTW that dude was jay walking. The PT ran a light and caused the accident, but the dude should have obeyed the fucking law.
