Yes, his voice is not what it used to be, or else just not at his best. At times he can sound like an angel! I think maybe Simon a Garfunke's success may have gotten a great jump start from that voice. It sustained itself with Paul's creativity, but Art's voice was a major part of their original appeal!

Yes, I preferred the 1981 concert in Central Park, I think that was the first
time he sang that song with Paul. It's impossible to get any good sound with
those digital cameras.
