if you get no response from charging then its buggerd, i have 3 of these and one stopped working back in '02 and been dead scince even tho the batteryis fine, same with a siemens s25 its a shame because i liked that siemens, cant find one nowhere nowadays :(

I'd say the battery is down, tried to replace it? the old ericsson phones are really tough therefore there is a really tiny probability that something but the battery is malfunctioning
