  • As a raw vegan I would agree that meat once a week is not going to kill you since its a small amount. But from a moral stand point the act of killing puts primal dieters in the wrong. In this long debate I argue to "keep it simple stupid" what's easier picking fruit from a tree or hunting an animal? To hunt an animal you need a device to kill it, not to mention the meat spoils so soon, better invent something to keep it cool since we only need to eat a little meat a week. This process is takin

  • @Archamitect Thanks for your opinion...

  • @Archamitect And the idea of eating fruit off the tree is a myth. Fruit doesn't truly ripen until it falls from the tree and ripens naturally on the ground.... So as much as I love fruit ( I was once a 811rv too), I understand the fruit from stores is all picked under ripe and is less than optimal for my body..

  • @ChefFrankyG

I would say a banana from the store is easier and safer to digest that a piece of meat, cooked or raw. I mentioned tree climbing because it's something most people did as kids for fun and its a way to obtain fruit. On the other hand I don't think MOST kids have fun killing animals to eat them raw (aka serial killers) when a kid kills an animal it's usually on a hunting trip with adults so it's heavily influenced. Do you enjoy the killing animals?

  • Thanks for this video, I really liked the last few words about the "Vegetarian Myth." That book was what inspired me to go 100% Paleo. I just have one question. Paleo anthropologists agree that our ancestors cooked their food, and that this contributed to our evolution into Homo sapiens. Some Inuit and other Arctic tribes did eat raw meat (such as the liver of seals, and the eyes of caribou), but they mostly roasted it or boiled it. Would eating cooked meat really impact your health negatively?

  • @FemmeBleu I personally do not believe that cooking meat is harmful. Certainly cooking via high heat like grilling can cause a build up of carcinagins, but lets remember that humans advanced because of the ability to cook their food. Eating raw meat is more of a treat and only happens a few times a year...

  • cholestoral IS a major contributing factor in cardiovascular disease. our body produces all the cholestoral we need. filling your bloodstream with another animals concentrated cholestoral is not a good idea.

  • @scrambledeggsTV "All animal cells manufacture cholesterol with relative production rates varying by cell type and organ function". "Although cholesterol is important and necessary, high levels of cholesterol in the blood have been linked to damage to arteries and cardiovascular disease." Promoting eating another animals pure fat seems irresponsible. Our societies are already dying on their feet due to amongst other things high fat intake & high cholestoral.

  • @scrambledeggsTV Awesome... I am not sure we are trying to prove anything here.. Just sharing our experience... I highly doubt the 1 red meat meal a week I eat are going to make me suffer a horrible death years to come. Happy veganism works for you. Bless

  • so are we in denial about red meat causing cancer / disease?

  • @scrambledeggsTV Let me guess, your a vegan...

  • @ChefFrankyG correct

  • @scrambledeggsTV the health risks associated with eating a lot red meat are well documented

  • I've eaten raw buffalo several times. There are more perks than negatives as far as building your immune system and tons others. All I can say is know where your meat comes from or be cautious. I haven't ever gotten sick from it nor do I get the common cold, flu or any other common or uncommon sicknesses. Raw organics are amazing

  • I wouldn't eat meat raw. I would eat bison though. Looks good.

  • this is really an interesting prospect! I have seen Inuit people eat raw caribou and i was wondering about it. I also read an ethnographer describe that the indigenous in my area never ate raw meat. A widely accepted theory is that we evolved a certain way because of cooking food. why the conflicting evidence? might it have something to do with habitat? I imagine there are less parasites in an icy tundra than the amazon. where can i learn more about raw meat. also is tartar a common dish?

  • @MrCrunchybizzle I used to work in a correctional facility, and we had one inuit inmate who refused to eat - he asked to be served raw meat, and nobody would give it to him (nutrition experts in the prison refused). He got sick on anything else...

One day we found him out in the yard TRAPPING AND EATING RAW GOPHERS.

Needless to say, after that incident they started to accommodate his needs.

But seriously, the guy not only wouldn't, but COULDN'T eat meat cooked...

  • @AlbertaBeefy WOW!!!!!

  • If the meat is frozen for 3 days that will kill any parasites in it and animals generally have parasites.

  • Is only bison safe to eat raw? what about farm raised cows? is their grain-fed diet causing the meat to be unsafe when uncooked?

  • @zewski92 I think any meat can be safe to eat. The quality is a different story, though. I have eaten my share of grain fed meat while going thru culinary school and working in restaurants around the country. Grain fed meats will likely be more fatty then anything else. Lucky I have access to grass fed cattle here in Maine and do consume it raw from time to time.

  • This guy is the fucking man. I saw him speak in Jan 2010, read Nourishing Traditions, read The Vegetarian Myth, read Traditional Foods are your Best Medicine by Ron Schmid, and 13 years of veganism were over just like that! EAT REAL FOOD.

  • Hmmmm... Bison "farm" eh? I feel resistance to this concept, not gonna lie... lol

  • I like Bison, but I can't eat it raw. Medium rare is pretty good, though. Oh well, to each her own.

  • Melts in your mouth? You where chewing that like a damn gum ball dude.

  • @HerbsPlusBeadWorks there are exceptions of course ,right ? I don't know all the details about our ancestors but in Hawaii we eat raw meat, In Japan we eat raw meat , in Alaska we eat raw meat. Ceviche is 1 South American example . Wasabi , chilies ,peppers , citrus ,vinegars, herbs, spices ,etc are added in most cases with raw meats. I agree that eating raw flesh like other animals can is asking for trouble.I've personally seen people get deathly ill by consuming raw meats unprepared.

  • @NWforager when these ancestors ate these foods raw there was a series of preparing them to avoid thatvery thing--the japanese use about 25 different herbs and mixtures to negate --not totally rid but negate the possibility the arabs in the middle east eat raw meat and again ther is a preppartion to minimize this and so on in other cultures---just to take it and eat it like that---better he then me and since parasites and microbes live in the fats and blood of these animals

    T

  • @NWforager 2nd part --with todays GMO and GE transporting all over the farmlands and wilds there is not that much difference in the safety of domestic or wild---in fact they have found in some cases more pollutants in the animals of the wild due to run off of these farm pesticides and GMO materials--the bigger issue is not the style of eating habit you chose but how you neutralize these things these animals whether domesticated or wild are exposed to--protect your self

  • Im happy to see him eating raw WILD meat...the cow meat in america would never be eaten raw...2 much bullshit

  • @ShotCallz what makes you think the bison is any better --hahahahahah

they are raised the same way fed the same GMO corn and grains---what a hoot

    Tony

  • @HerbsPlusBeadWorks I dont think they are raised the same way.

  • @ShotCallz nor are they as informed either--this nothingnew just revisted will go away when the sensationaliation fades and when people start having issues with brain and stomach parasites---the asians that do eat the raw fish wind up with them as well --the whole thing about the health food industry is the sell---not the science and the little science they do use is based on a test result under a specific condition which they forget to inform the people who they are selling it to

  • @ShotCallz if you aer refferring to the bison---the same way definitely we have them here as well and they are not only raised like cows they are interbred as well they are called beefalo and can be sometimes purchased at some gorcery stores--irrgardless animal blood still has things in it that need to be removed or neutralized

    T

  • amen brother! I am eating raw but I could never walk away from the meat. This looks and feels right. Thank you!

  • That's a myth, hitler was not a vegetarian. Gahndi was.

  • what about parasites? thats literally the only thing holding me back from eating raw meat

  • @p00huge people die from eating raw meat, stick to plants

  • @p00huge

If it's 100% grass fed and organic, and the farm uses crop rotation so the animals are always eating fresh grass, the meat is almost immune to having pathogens, because when you do crop rotation, it doesn't allow the parasites to grow and develop.

  • Do things differently? Like some can murder and some can't? How does that hold water in your eyes? Anyone over the age of 15 should know better than to eat meat in 2011 with internet and so much info and factory farms? It is no different than what the Nazis did to ppl just bec they were of another religion. If I come across a vid like this I won't just stand by and let it happen without a voice. This is my voice. I don't sugar coat the truth. Watch a peta video or just tune in to your soul.

  • @vicky2c I could not reply directly to your reply because it seemed to be missing. Anyway, I think you only read the first half of my comment. In the second half I say that I am vegan. I am vegan because I want clean arteries and the body of a gymnast. I take a pragmatic approach which I think would also work to enlighten more omnivores. They may not care about animals, but they damn well should care about themselves.

  • For me the fat that exists in meats, milks and eggs is like crack cocaine. I get a euphoric bliss that just flows over me like a waterfall. At the same time this food gets me off, it is accumulating and clogging my arteries and making me gain excess body mass in the form both fat and muscle. I have finally broke the addiction and have been 100% vegan for 6 months! I will eventually be unable to digest these products and will never go back. If there is another ice age, I will eat meat then.

  • This is my first time seeing someone eat raw red meat. I was upset about something and watching this totally distracted me haha.

I find this video interesting. Not good or bad. Both of you have definitely opened my mind up a bit

  • These vegans on here crack me up, it's amazing how they think they have all the right answers. It's funny, because I used to be one of them, until I realized how ridiculous it is to be dogmatic about any one idea

  • @mikek241 I am the opposite of dogmatic look at my previous comment above. I love meat, but I just keep getting in shape then fat again so I went vegan. I am quite pragmatic. All I want is clean arteries and a body like a gymnast. There are a lot of dogmatic vegans though.

  • @zigzigerblat The whole lipid hypothesis of saturated fat clogging your arteries has long been dispelled by several reputable sources in the past.. If you want to read a really good book on that in addition to the mechanisms of fat accumulation pick up a copy of Gary Taube's book: either "Good Calories, Bad Calories" or if you want the simpler version: "Why We Get Fat". It'll blow your mind, trust me.

  • @mikek241 I disagree completely, Gary Taube is a professional writer with no medical background. Dr. Esselstyn of the Cleveland Clinic on the other hand is a professional cardiologist at a top three in the world institution. When the King of Saudi Arabia or Robin Williams or Bill Clinton have a heart problem they come here to Cleveland. I suggest you read his book Heart Attack Proof. Until his research, western medicine believed that heart disease could not be reversed. Low fat vegan is it.

  • @zigzigerblat I made a great raw and vegan dinner for Esseslstyn's son and family. Great time! Ohh, news flash, there is no 1 diet for everybody.. These threads get so boring with the same old blahh.. Do what works best for YOU and have fun doing it!

  • @ChefFrankyG Wow, it is a small world. I agree with you. I do think there is an ultimate diet for whatever an individual's goal may be, but each person has their own goals. There is always taste and I am the first to admit that I do love the taste of meat. Too many people preach at people, but I do like to site data and research that influenced the way I live. Please keep in mind that I was replying the gentleman claiming that animal fat is not related to heart disease.

  • I'd love to know what D.V. thinks of Dr. Brian Clement's work and research down at the Hippocrates Health Institute. I love Daniels work, and I've seen Dr. Clement speak several times, and both have strong arguments toward optimal "health".

Has Daniel ever heard of Dr. Clement or heard his lectures? He's VERY research/science orientated and I think Daniel would dig that and wanna know his thoughts badly as I respect them both so much.

    Thanks.

  • People have been eating raw meat for centuries. Sushi is consumed by millions of people everyday. I really couldn't give you an answer about parasites, it really just depends on the source. Lets not forget that people get sick from raw fruits and vegetables too. I enjoy raw meat, but its not my staple. Freezing meat for 2 weeks will kill all potential parasites, atleast that is what I have read.

  • freezing time alone does not kill worms in meat. The freezing temp is important for killing parasites in fish ,birds and beefs . Cultures have incorporated spices and herbs to help eliminate worms that do get in us .

I think its just much easier to wash a plant and eat it ,than go through the whole deal of freezing and spicing...raw meats on a regular daily basis now that we have evolved . We also don't have the HCL levels we once did centuries ago .

  • @NWforager I could speak for myself and Daniel and say that raw meat is an enjoyable treat, but not a staple in our diet.

  • @ChefFrankyG right on . keep up the info flow guys . Like to see some hunting / foraging vids by you guys .

  • @ChefFrankyG Just one doubt, they mention "the vegetarian myth" book, i gonna check it out, by other way, Brian Clement (H.Institute) afirms that the natural food of human beings is a vegan one, and that "antropologists are way of track" when they say humans was meat-eaters in the evolution process. What antropological or historical evidence he takes for sustaining it?

  • @ChefFrankyG I'm just curious..what is a staple in your diet?

  • @guitargczr699 As of late:

Breakfast: Orange Juice w/ spirulina, a few bananas or a few fried eggs with veggies and kraut.

Lunch: Sprouted then steamed quinoa w/ raw veggies and kraut or a big salad

Dinner: A big salad, soup or roasted chicken w/ veggies

I do like to play around in the kitchen so i will experiment with different dishes and flavors

  • @ChefFrankyG Thanks for the info. What do you call your diet or lifestyle? paleo diet? raw food or vegan?

  • @guitargczr699 I don't attach any labels to the way I eat.

  • @ChefFrankyG

    that's cool:)

  • @NWforager vegans as a whole are some of the most unhealthiest people I have ever seen---this vid is the other extreme spectrum---the whole issue on diet is deterrrmined by environment --life styles and availability and preeparation --the rest is all at best theoreitcal--almost as bad as this HCG diet that is nother illusion and money waster

    T

  • @ChefFrankyG has anyone ever died from eating fruits and veg's?

  • @scrambledeggsTV Your not convincing me of anything.... Fact: There is no one "right" diet for everybody...

  • @ChefFrankyG Everyone is entitled to their own choices & opinions, but i think its fair to say individuals do not not get to pick and choose what is correct for the physiology of their species. Although we all may have slightly different needs, physiologically we are pretty much the same, this is why on the whole (within our species), excess consumption of meat and animal products is linked with disease and consumption of fruit and veg is linked to health.

  • @scrambledeggsTV Great point, EXCESS......

  • @ChefFrankyG absolutely, again I understand what you said, once a week, but most people who eat meat eat it most days if not every day dont they? daniel said in the video hes eating A LOT, surely that doesnt mean 4 times a month? I have friends and family that eat meat every day and im sure its very common, moderation is great, unfortunately its also sorely lacking, can I just ask if you only eat meat once a week what do you eat the rest of the time? I see you are a raw chef :)

  • @scrambledeggsTV I am a chef of many things, including cooking.. This video is also 3 years old.. If I can speak for Daniel i would say he eats about the same amount of meat as i do.. We eat based on where we are and whats fresh. Maine winters.. eggs from my chickens, root veggies from local farms and lots of wild rice and as much wild food that has been saved from the summer harvest. Will be in California for 3 weeks pounding citrus, green juice, and sardines..

  • @ChefFrankyG hey thanks for taking the time to reply :)

  • I love how you delete my original comment (after being the highest rated) and supporting comments. I didn't even include the word "vegan" - but of course when I say something like "ethics," that's the assumption.

Dead uncooked animals (ahem, RAW flesh) must taste THAT good. Mmm, that succulent, juicy, BLOODY texture. Oh, yum.

    0_o

    peace and Love

  • @GoodyGian Thank you for all your support. We appreciate you!

  • @MichaelBallack91 i agree with you BUT human is our species, much like a cow is a cow , he is also an animal

  • I don't know I've heard many stories of people surviving on plants and nothing else. I'm sure our ancestors were many things but how does anyone know what has really happened throughout the ages? Species change diets. You also look like some white guy with ancestors in europe and not north america. Maybe your ancestors came here and shot bison dead from trains, you know? It was only the near genocide of the species. Mostly to cripple/wipe out those said natives who drew the images.

  • humans have become seperate from the natural food chain, but still want to "harvest" and act like a predator even tho they contribute nothing. Even top predators are a vital part of their eco-system, we have this illusion that we're still fair participators and we are not. What about mad deer prions? I've read the folded proteins can stay dormant like a.i.d.s, for decades longer in the human body.

  • What about tapeworms????????????????????

  • @ludachristo What about them?

  • @ChefFrankyG What about prions leading to some variety of TSE?

  • @ChefFrankyG Just curious what the chances would be that you would get something like that over a lifetime?

  • @ludachristo What are you asking?

  • @ChefFrankyG what is the percentage of probability that you would get a tapeworm or bacteria during a lifetime of eating raw meat, i am curious because i would like to try raw meat but am afraid of getting sick. I am sure there is a difference between organic farmed meat and commercial.

  • @ChefFrankyG Far as I am concerned eating raw meat is fine, now before you bash me keep in mind in the last 10 years even cooking shows such as Malto Mario, Bobby Flay, have said cooking pork medium- medium well is ok. It all really depends on the health of your animal. This makes sense to me when it comes to "wild" meat now keep that in mind, animals who have never had to east pesticides from grass, or have vaccines.

  • This also makes sense, because in fact and so many people do not know this but cooking meat actually creates cancerogenic chemicals. This isn't ground breaking and underground eating eco-friendly raw food jargon even the national cancer institute has said this about cooking meat. Look at another ex of raw milk that has never pasteurized, or any processes compared to the milk that we get and why are so many people lactose intolerant yet can handle raw milk .

  • I just heard a great interview with Lierre Keith. Glad you read the book, Daniel. Nice to see you progressing.

  • Wow. you really think nature intended us to kill a cow with your bare hands(no weapons) remove the bones, organs, skin, etc... and then eat it, rather than just simply picking a delicious ripe fruit off a tree?

  • @FRUITismyCANDY What fruits in specific?

  • @FRUITismyCANDY Not everyone had the availability of having a apple tree or mango tree in their back yards the northern climates did have some fruits and berries but a lot of them were really scarce. Most of their calories WERE from meat. Hence the praising and drawings of meat on cave walls. And also, most fruits that you see AKA. apple or Pineapple were much smaller and bitter. They wernt as tasty. Only from manipulation did we aquire such sweet sugars from fruit.

  • I really like the spoons that you guys eat with. Are they made of wood/bamboo? Where can one purchase these?

  • @pranabahya These spoons are bamboo.. They are available in many kitchen and health food stores. I scored in Bali and will be bringing back 40 or so.. I pretty much avoid using metal utensils whenever possible.

  • Wow made my mouth water, seeing you prepare that dish. Daniel Vitalis is one of the few people out there on diet that I respect because he's actually experimented with them all and came up with something that works for him without being judgmental about the diet of others. It's unfortunate that more people can't be like this, especially the vegans out there who come to watch this video just to bash the rest of us for not being like them lol

P.S. Lierre Keith's book was the bomb, a true thinker

  • what are those type of eggs called who have yellow shell?

  • @FahadRyu Unsure.. I see a lot of eggs of different colors and unsure what makes the hens produce a brown, yellow, or blueish egg..

  • @ChefFrankyG someone told me the wild hens produces yellow shells..(hens that r colourful not in farm)has more protein n cholesterol

    may b thats true..

  • @ChefFrankyG Don't mind the haters, they just need more brain food. They could probably get more of it from meat. I think what is more screwed up is experimenting with a no animal food diet that has never been proven to work for more than a few generations. Keep up the good work.

  • @keithlmh Thanks for the love! I don't pay much attention to those trying to prove to others that their diet I superior. The EGO, can make you do crazy things, or lack of fat in your diet :)

  • @GoodyGian you dont think that plants are living too? is a tiger evil? is a baboon evil? i think that it is much better to eat raw meat sparingly and to listen to your body rather that to go off of some idealists unproven theory. i have found that i am more emotionally stable on animal products that still have their energy in them than i am blindly following someones experiment. raw vegan-ism is an amazing way to detoxify but you have to eventually start listening to your intuition.

  • @ChefFrankyG lol great channel

  • What part of the world do you think the human being evolved from, that is rich enough in vegetarian food sources to sustain even a small to medium sized population of humans? I'm sure there are a handful out there, but that's just not where we came from. Before the advent of agriculture vegetarian=starvation.

  • Never found a scientific study showing the health benefits of meat, but my collection of negative studies is over 40 so far. Would love to remain unbiased, so if anyone knows of any clinical trials where meat was used to cure illness or prevent the very disease and cancers that meat has been proven to cause (in peer reviewed studies), I would much appreciate it.

  • wow.. get off the shrooms, and realize that we are plant eaters.

You seem like a fine guy, but seriously.. your diet is really fåcked up, imo :)

  • @Jannickification pathetic comment

  • looks delicious

  • i ate around 3 oz raw tuna @7pm yest w/ veg salad. was not wild w/ hunger as i usually am in the morning. had glass of fresh veg juice & some raw nuts, water...now 2pm & hungry again...i don't have a clue what to eat...?

more juice? i can't find raw milk or butter. i'll have to take a bite of that fish that has been in the refrigertor..? can you cook meat just a little? like rare..would that interfere?

  • when we are successful and we will be.... there is a real chance at this new world order

if u cannot beat us, join us bitches

  • even though this is a small community... there is a lot of heart, passion and energy that is capable of engineering real change collectively on a huge global scale.. eat dead animals son u are what u eat... who wants to be a dead animal?

i do... lets kill animals and eat their life giving flezh.. its so necessary!

  • Hey Daniel & Franky - Can you talk about parasites in raw meat? Here is something that caught my eye "buffalo meat as a source of some coccidian parasites infecting dogs". It also goes on to say in humans as well.

  • @virtuadc Well, I have consumed raw meat from time to time, and am still alive.. When I wish to consume raw meats, I choose my sources very carefully. I know we can get sick from just about any food, so not sure what else to say....

  • @ChefFrankyG Thanks for the reply back, and great vids. You got me wanting a vitamix now. At our local Jimbos they don't carry fresh bison, only bison grain fed frozen patties ;) Will have to look for a site online. I remember my brother as a kid eating the raw hamburger meat, and my grams yelling at him.

  • @ChefFrankyG Hey Daniel & Franky - From Daniel's YouTube: Stalking the Wild Chaga Mushroom with Daniel Vitalis 2/2 - He is using some sort of glass cooking bowl. Do you guys have a source or ideas where to find such equipment? Thanks in advance.

  • @virtuadc Corningware

  • @ChefFrankyG I couldn't find anything for some reason today. That Visions brand looks good to, see through, but about the same price as the white corningware. Thanks again for your help.

  • @ChefFrankyG Got a new huge Visions Corningware Dutch oven pot in the mail today! Thanks for the tip!!

On the Bison front, Jimbo's and Whole Foods here in San Diego, don't carry 100% grass fed bison. Looks like I may be looking at this ranch up north called:

Lindner Bison Heritage Ranch in Valencia, CA - lindnerbison dot come

  • thanks 4 the great video, Ive been eating mine plain, but its a bit boring. i will try this recipe 2morrow.

  • @GoodyGian Your ethics are not mine. And I am not a big fan of morality or the game of others dictating to me how I should feel about something and making absurd analogies to attempt at getting a point across. How is that for discernment?

  • This is what happens when one is vegan for too long! lol. Love you guys!

  • @GoodyGian oh sure....because he doesn't agree with what you apparently believe in. I personally am convinced that eating raw meat is one of the healthiest things I can do. Fullfilling, satisfying and doesn't give me a stomach ache like a lot of things. yummy. Also, I'm 100% sure than neither I nor the guys in this video would eat human flesh.

  • What is that knife? I must have one.

  • I just bought bison a few days ago. Never tried it before.

  • Many people don't realize that other than building a buff body, Raw Meat can help with various indigenous spiritual practices...for instance if you offer Raw meat to many Ghosts, entities and demons, they can become friends with you and give you special powers, There is a long history of Satanic/black magic practices from various cultures involving the use of fresh Blood and Raw Meat. You can even evolve from that to Human sacrifice and other rituals involving Babies. Do the research!

  • @menakadidi Please tell me you're joking. if not, seek help.

  • Comment removed

  • this is just gross, mammals collect toxins their fat cells, so hes pretty much just eating pure toxins, i dont agree with this although i agree with a lot of the other things he teaches

  • @dudemandingo11 I think one of the main things that comes across to me from listening to him other places is that if the animal is truly wild then you wont find the toxins in the fat but the vitamins which are also stored there

  • @dudemandingo11 Ahah, such bullshit.

  • So what Daniel is basically saying, were all fucked.

I am doing the best that I can doing what i do.

Not all of us can go pick barriers all day, eat raw bison, and drink water from a hole under some mountain, I live in Chicago in a one bedroom apartment, i go to work and I try to be a descent human being.

I would love to do what he does, unfortunately I cant and probably 95% of the American population cant, and even if we could i dont think there would be enough berries and spring water to last

  • @paweleve Yes you can, bullshit excuses.

  • Let me start out by saying, I am a raw vegan, and I do or did think this was the most ultimate thing you could do for your health. And i don't want to lie my health did improve dramatically. But I am not some narcissistic asshole, i understand the "current" raw vegan diet is not what our ancestors ate. I found Daniel on youtube by accident just like i learn most things, they just fall in my lap and i go from there. I have to say i am rather disappointed in my self and the raw food community.

  • Dude I don't think I could ever eat that. meat, cooked or raw makes me sick, I don't like the taste or smell of it, seeing dead animals makes me squeamish. I think I'm more of a gatherer than a hunter bro, if you can do it and it keeps you healthy, than go for it, but dang, makes me sick, man.

  • @spruntfemalespray Yawn... Ur lame!

  • @spruntfemalespray I don't eat soy you clown nice try though. Shows you didn't know how to eat healthy as a vegan. Eaten flax before but not in about a year or so. Why'd u remove all your comments, did you realize how dumb you sound? Just give up!

  • @spruntfemalespray Damn you really are concerned with how big my penis is as if food has something to do with penis size. It's almost 8in not too big not too small. Now you can come out the closet. Don't worry you can admit you're gay it's okay and it's the internet so no one will know who you are.

  • I rescently started eating beef or bison every morning for breakfast with 1 egg, oats and some fruit. Red meat and oats are powerful testosterone boosters. I have never felt this happy constantly all day long and for once it seems my testosterone is rising. Maca, tongkat ali, all the powerful testosterone work slightly for me, but red meet works like crazy.

  • @spruntfemalespray Lol! Ignorance is bliss! Keep being close-minded. Peace!

  • @spruntfemalespray I don't care what you care about you started talking shit that made no sense. There's people on all kinds of diets with bad teeth and not much muscle. Where's all the buff cyclists? I bet I have more muscle than you. Look up chris califano on here tell me he looks scrawny. Your friend probably doesn't eat enough calories. This would happen on any diet. Once again the dude (durianrider) does 24hr races and runs marathons he should be falling apart if his diet isn't good

  • @spruntfemalespray He doesn't train for muscles you do not get big muscles riding a bike long distance. You have no idea about sport specific training. He wants to stay light for his sport. I've been cleaned out I already told you I'm gaining muscle. Sorry I just assumed you eat raw meat since you're a big "fan" of daniel. I can guarantee you've never eaten a raw diet with plenty of calories from fruit or you wouldn't be saying this stuff. I'm eating 3500 too4000 cals a day.

  • @82Bdog i agree!

  • @spruntfemalespray I know that. It's not a problem to keep my weight up. I am trying to gain right now. I am almost the size I was lifting weights and eating a ton of meat, even though now I don't lift weight I do calisthenics. The only weight I use is when I do things like weighted pushups, dips, pullups. You see healthy vegans because it's easier for them to get more cals in. Raw you gotta eat higher calorie fruits like bananas, mangos, and other tropical fruits.

  • @LegPains I'll tell you why in his own words. He said "when I was raw vegan my staples were basically cocunut oil, olive oil,and kale. There's no calories in that so of course he suffered. What he needed was plenty of fruit cals and he would've thrived. So of course going from a starvation diet to eating something with plenty of calories like meat he felt better. Now he should go eat 3oz of meat a day and nothing else and blame meat for all the problems he has lol!

  • hi guys. thanks for sharing this info! any chance you can share your recipe for your chili pepper vinegar? thank you! : )

  • hi guys! thanks for sharing. . . i was wondering if you could tell us the ingredients and ratios in your chili pepper vinegar that you use in a lot of your recipes??? thank you!

    : )

  • @nonipixie Fill a jar with red chili's and peeled garlic cloves then pour RAW apple cider vinegar over the top. Allow mixture to infuse for 3-4 weeks, then enjoy.

  • Hi Franky!

I am really enjoying this bison tartar recipe!

I recently got some wild boar tenderloins and was wondering if you think it is 'safe' to eat it raw like bison?

    Thank you, Peace

  • @tonydelucaisthejam27 I know plenty of people who eat raw pork but myself personally, am a little hesitant and have yet to give it a shot. I would brine the boar and cure it then serve it like a proscuitto.

  • @GoodyGian go away with your bs...

  • good stuff! keeping it balanced with some bison! ...ever eat the testicles?

  • @GoodyGian Let me guess, you are a vegan? Is there a point to this rant? How about people doing what is best for themselves and not relying on others to tell them what is best for them? So eating meat makes you eat human flesh?

  • Daniel Vitalis is hands down the best in the nutrition world. For years I been saying one can not live on a plant based vegan or raw food with no animal foods, if we live on a raw food diet or vegan diet all were doing is cleansing ourselves thats why so many ppl in the raw food diet look like holocaust survivors all pale and weak, you can feel Daniel's energy and his aurora is very strong you can tell the animal foods really are doing more then cheap veggie juices will ever do.

  • @AndresHerrera15 well said...you missed the energetic vampire energy the sickly ones have ;-]

  • @AndresHerrera15 seriously? because he looks good? and has good energy? lots of people who look good are sick inside. It's been proven over and over that meat and dairy are bad for you. I'd rather trust the science than some guy with an opinion

  • @joyinc30 dude your so fucking retarded, when the hell has scienteist ever proven that meat and diary are bad for humans ? Theirs so many studys that have been made on raw dairy as being one of the greatest sources of food on the whole planet and it has been backed up by doctors such as dr mercola and many others and oraganic pasture raised red meats are heatlhy your just stuck in that vegan stage soon you'll be out of their, i suggest for you to read mercolas recent article on vegan diets.

  • @AndresHerrera15 there's no need to be rude.

I've read dr mercola's stuff. I believe that he hasnt done any studies, or at least no peer reviewed ones. It's pretty obvious from his site that Mercola is simply a salesman. There are many studies that prove meat and dairy are bad. The China Study is a good place to start :)

  • you forgot to pour the blood off the cutting board to save for your morning elixir

maybe you could do a tutorial on hunting and killing the bison yourself. show us how its done

    :)

    all love

  • @blueberryandcacao I highly doubt the vegan viewers could stand the site of the insides of a freshly harvested carcuss...

  • @ChefFrankyG so then, i'm guessing that means it wouldn't bother you?

is that all you think you'd see, just a 'freshly harvested carcuss'?

  • @blueberryandcacao Personally, I am not bothered by the insides of a dead animal. I went through culinary school and have many many hours of butchering experience under my belt. I have seen it all. Last summer I was lucky enough to be asked to skin and butcher a bear . I appreciate and love the art of butchering.

  • @ChefFrankyG definitely an odd thing to be so boldly proud of.... the question wasn't can you cut the meat up. can you kill it yourself? can you hunt and kill it... then skin it, then 'butcher' it as you say. then eat it..... this isn't a challenge, cuz i don't wanna the next bison victim of our conversation -

  • @blueberryandcacao I'm not proud to share a "high five" moment for butchering, but I appreciate the skill level involved. To answer your question, yes, I can. I have been a successful hunter in the past and will walk silently in the woods in the proper season in hopes to feed my family. I have no plans to hunt down a Bison, or a bear, but small games, turkeys, and deer may provide nourishment for me and my wife.

  • @ChefFrankyG well, thanks for sharing. lets look at this truly deeply.... see, you guys are saying 'this is natural, this is our natural food - man's been eating this for however many years etc etc.'

yet, you admit it's beyond your skill or physical and/or emotional? ability to actually do it.

and guns don't count... they're new weapons. we can't say 'oh yeh, i shot that deer and therefore it's our 'natural food' right?
