That Q definitely needs to be serviced. together with the off key powercall siren, it sounds like the truck is about to die!

yes it is a Q its just very old. the truck is a 1988 E one straight stick. we usually run the powercall with the Q, idk y the capt had the hi-lo on in the begining, but yes it is a Q

It just winds up so slow and ramps down fairly quick. I thought it may have been a direct drive electro-mechanical of some sort. It almost sounds like a #30 Sterling. But, if you say it's a Q... I'll have to believe you.
