I need to disagree with you 100%. Let me explain before you Reject my comment

from what I have seen you have 7 different pages & a total of 466 hits to all the pages 66.5 hits per url (not much of a test if you ask me ) spend the time like you did making this awesome video. Brand You!!! ( traffic is just an ingredient to the recipe of making sales online) you like many people need to stick with it for a few thousand hits and a couple months there is no instant button

@Internettraffic247 You are right. I mean the thing I was getting at was instant traffic is not going to mean instant sales from these networks. The focus is, yes you will get a lot of traffic, but how long will it take to get a sale? You will get sales is what I am saying. What I like to say is with traffic network sites because I get many other e-mails on it too and I do not like to think I am against it. Infact it is part of how I make money. I am going to use one more reply here...

@internettraffic247 The figures with getting let us say 1,000 visitors in 1 week. Very possible.  Yet, I could not guarantee a substantial amount of sales. So the figures I like to use is a worst case scenario. 1% of your traffic is your sale. So if it is 1,000 hits then you can expect at the most 10 sales. The all in all focus was to not cheat ones self out of doing regular SEO even though we know full well T.E.N. does not require SEO to work. Honestly I still use them, add to this video.
