I went to Target on Black Friday (not in NY though) because I wanted to know what it was like, since I never shopped on Black Friday before. And that's the LAST TIME I ever go again on that day! There was too many people to even CARE about shopping. And besides, how does anybody know what's on sale? Everything I looked at seemed to be the same price as always. I said SCREW THIS and left. And most of the times you don't save anything anyway. You do save money if you do your homework and buy stuff that you know will go for less that specific day. A lot of stuff that sells for 50% less on black Friday, may go for 40% less the following weekend - so , is it worth to stay in line for hours just for 10% difference? Well, it is if you plan to spend $1,000 or more :)
