Sorry to hear about your ordeal.However, it is not unique to the Indian embassy of Ireland.This level of incompetence prevails throughout the world. It stems from the laziness of embassy workers, of bank workers, to do anything which takes them outside their comfort zone.Although there is miles of red tape which surrounds their work, it doesnt prevent them from using their common sense.I have been trying to ring the Irish embassy in London consistently since June,and I have yet to have an answer
