I love watching professional dancers... they just look so elegant all the time!!! They always keep their postures so perfect, and their steps are so sharp. Sometimes it might not look "natural" or "genuine", but for sure, it always looks elegant.

Speed is the illusion of contrast of slow movement that is followed by fast movement. Also, the lead and follow mechanics need to be on point for the girl to look fast, and of course the most important part is that you have to have sufficient foot pressure (weight that is pressed toward the dance floor with your feet) and correct technique and awareness of how movement is built and used throughout the body. Of course there's physical ability involved (explosive strength of muscles).

@rash341 It is a bit difficult to move that fast. But it REALLY can be done. The body can do miraculous (sorry about my spelling) things. Also how they dance that fast is a LOT of practice.

3. When pivoting they are turning around own axis

4. Since they are individual couples they transfer force to make the spins possible.
