Shawn told Belle Jan was pregnant with his baby.. If you remember that storyline.. Jan was raped but Shawn promised to tell everyone he was the father, because Jan didn't want anyone to know.. Belle was heartbroken, since on the Island, they had nearly done the deed, and now he told her he was unfaithful.. Brady was just there for her to cheer her up.. He even beat Shawn up once too..:P
