  • loved this, very well done.

  • is this where lady jane grey was held with her husband guilford duddley?

  • hi constantine, good vid, a question , how did you merge the film together at the beggining of the film ?

  • hi we have been off in the USA for the past while great to come back home and see ur vids again, great work as usual :)

  • Love watching your videos Chris :) It's a unique approach you have with the paranormal and your gift of feeling and seeing with your spiritual senses...hope you can come to Canada someday...keep up the great work. Lloyd Yellowbird

  • Where's episode 2? Very good me dear, I woud've enjoyed this too lol

  • im not even goin to insult your work by comparing you to MH...far superior,no fuss,no hype, fantastic presentation...a good balance of belief and skepticism, thnks Chris =O)

  • Thankyou:) That`s very kind!

    Chris

  • Awesome as always, John here,

Thanks Cris another master piece. Great catches also.

    Be Well

    John

  • Thanks john:)

  • I love it that you used Toccata & Fugue

again. That piece couldn't be more

perfect. Thank you for showing it.

  • Bravo! Just looking at the are in the video, I can sense plenty of residual "activity" & wish I could make a trip over to the UK & Europe to encounter the atmosphere, as the USA is still quite young in comparison to your "stomping grounds" & while there are plenty of Native American, Pilgrm, early settler & elemental spirits to be encountered 'round my region, I feel that there is a bit more energy, perhaps more vibrant, in the UK region due to influence of the ocean/sea being so near. Thanks.

  • @kerry5101971: Have you visited the site of the twin towers in NYC. Even after all this time, the energies there are very powerful. Fear, anger, despair, heavy grief. And every now and then, a feeling of peaceful acceptance.

  • Hi thanks for sharing I enjoyed this very much.

Maybe if you played the last evp backwards it may make sence.

    Sometimes they do,never know.

  • im very strong believer on ghosts hopefully the world will see that ghosts are real!!

  • Thankyou for that - people need to open their eyes more to what exists around them.

  • not ''zedcukar'' its old anglo german ''zugucker``

    means '' observer``

    strange and fascinating evp.

    thanks

  • That`s very good! Thankyou:)

  • just over 3 and a half minutes before talking. heavy intro

  • intro too long me thinks

  • Hiya Seany, It`s deliberately made this way to give background and substance to where it was filmed. I think most viewers enjoyed this, as it`s a departure from the norm. It kind of makes you feel that you were there - particularly for our friends and viewers from overseas who wouldn`t ordinarily in their lifetime be able to enjoy these beautiful places. But our next video will have a short intro:) Speak soon Sean:)

  • i loved the intro and i think most people do

  • Thankyou:)

  • Very nice work.. great intro and film work.. and well told.. good production.. beautiful place!

  • Thankyou my friend, and thanks for adding the comment to the FaceBook entry on Haunted Earth UK.

  • another great vid mate :) but I heard something different in the first evp, it sounded to me like "I'm here" or "I am here" the last evp is very clear. Seems you need a chronicle of old phrases or something of that sort, could take a long time though. For me the evp sounds closer to Mamamacabre's "C'est d'cou"

    But again great vid :)

  • Thankyou for your compliments:)

The trouble with EVP is that it`s subjective to it`s interpretation by the brain. If it`s Class `A` with no residual background sound, then most will agree on what was heard. The last example here was such a clip, but what he is saying is beyond me! Very strange.

  • Ahh, beutiful intro!

You are getting better and better!

Bach really did the work there , with his dramatic organ... (hehe!)

Great work Chris, I´m looking forward to the next !

  • Thankyou!:)

If you remember, I saw Handel`s organ in Dublin recently:)

  • Interesting. Excellent music, too.

  • Thankyou! The music is great too:)

  • hi chris! love the transition at 6:06 hehe

  • It`s magic! :)

  • same place at 5:40 very fast

  • again to your right coming the top and down

  • Chris theres an floating orb right above your head at 4:49. left to right. check it out

  • Sean, I think these anomalies are bugs and dust. In the original quality copy there are much more of these. But they look interesting.

  • i really admire your work.

  • Thankyou! :)

  • Why havent Living TV replaced Yvette Fielding with Chris Halton?

  • Why indeed? lol

    That would be nice:)

    Thanks for your kind comments.

  • 4:10 orb or dust?

  • most likely dust. the way it's falling sorta suggests that it's fall is being obstructed by air, also the same thing happens not far away a few seconds later

  • I have to agree with this simply because the anomalies look natural rather than spiritual.

  • I think it`s explainable unfortunately:)

  • Sorry for the spelling mistake-SEPULCHRE-I meant:-).

  • To me is sounds not like Zeducar but like SEPULCHER/SEPULCHHRE((spl-kr)which means a burial vault, tomb pr grave.Someone must have known what you were going to see Chris!

    Great video!!!

  • It could Sigrid - How many others hear this?

  • Awsome! What that Zeducar means?

  • I haven`t got a clue although there are some theories if you read other viewer`s comments.

  • That was absolutely amazing and beautiful!

  • Thanks Mariam:) I thought you would enjoy this.

  • Thanks another great video love the fact that you show beautiful footage and give us a good idea what the site is about Thanks again

  • I`m very pleased you enjoyed it:)

  • MamaMacabre (above) might have an answer.

The EVP was Class A, but seemingly means nothing to the casual observer. To capture it by the side of the road in broad daylight is a first! :)

  • Rich was also a participant in the only recorded torture of a gentlewoman at the Tower of London, Anne Askew, who later stated that Chancellor Wriothesley and Rich had screwed the rack to torture her with their own hands...he was in favor of whatever religion was in power; he was not Catholic enough to oppose the persecution of the Church under Somerset ...and he enthusiastically persecuted Protestants during Mary's reign. Maybe he used any excuse to torture people.

  • This is quote from Wikipedia.

  • He was a a slippery devil! :)

In a TV poll a few year`s ago, he was named `Britain`s Worst Briton` - with Churchill as the best example. Riche was a consummate politician - he would surely be `in office` if he lived today!

  • Gosh...quite the bad boy! At least he had good taste in mausoleum architecture, lucky for us! ;)

  • Could it be "C'est" or "Cette" ?or "C'est d'cou...?

    Cou = neck (beheading? yuck!)

    or coup = blow

    cas = case, circumstance

Here is a translation from Babel fish of " It was a blow to the neck."

    C'était un coup au cou

  • Thanks Mama:) You certainly been applying the grey matter on this one. I thought a foreign language when I first heard it. Perhaps our French speaking viewers here might have something to add to this? I think Mama`s interpretation is looking good at the moment. Thanks for sharing this:)

  • Good video :)

  • Glad you enjoyed it Emahlee:)

  • awsome video work this is a great video ... tazprs tech randy

  • Thanks Randy! :)

  • 5:30 you can see orbs or something in the window

  • I`ve looked at the master copy and there are more of these anomalies. My thoughts are open on this. They could be small bugs or minute paint flaking from the ceiling. They are certainly interesting. Thanks for pointing out.

  • Love the video, very interesting. Beautiful mausoleum. Thanks for sharing! :).

  • Glad you enjoyed it:) I loved filming it.

  • Great Vid me dearest...considering how old it is, I'm unsure the EVP said that at the end as its not a word unless its a language i'm not familiar with. very difficult to hear x

  • Glad you enjoyed it Dee! :)

  • Great video as always Chris, very intertesting bit of history you've written as well; all I can say is that when Richard died I'll bet a lot of folk were very relieved?!

In short, he was a bastard...sorry if thats a bit rough but he wasn't much chop as blokes go.

The carving is fantastic, I'll say that about the church but as for the rest its pretty plain looking.

  • I could have made a whole programme around this guy:)

In 2007 he was named, `Britain`s Worst Briton` in a TV poll:)

But when you look at the politics of the day, Riche was a survivor - albeit an evil one at times.

I think in modern times he would be a very successful politician either in the E.U or our awful government, run by `New Labour`. He has all the qualities these people seemingly admire! lol

  • I have to agree with you there Chris, for all its pomp & ceremony way back then, I can't say that it was all that easy to live...regardless of station? I'd like to think that he may have had very little choice, given that old Henry was keen on using the axe, guess it was a case of dog eat dog....hasn't changed much has it LOL; only they don't off someones head nowa-days.

*I did try to write to you about a few things that have happened in my family but I could send it as I was blocked? Cheers

  • You aren`t blocked otherwise you couldn`t comment here. Try sending a PM here at YouTube:)

    Chris

  • Chris, right after you say "I certainly feel a degree of pride" @5.13 there appears to be an orb rise up right in front of you. Its very clear, almost as if its a sign of agreement with you. It looks like it might have gone in your right ear, as you reacted with a raise of your eyebrows at that very second.

    Impressive stuff once again.

  • Hi Buzz:)

I`ve looked at the master copy and there are more of these anomalies. My thoughts are open on this. They could be small bugs or minute paint flaking from the ceiling. They are certainly interesting. Thanks for pointing out.

  • stunnng archetecture and artwork. Made me wonder if anyone was carving marble as they did then. Also made me wonder if the artist was "hanging around" his art.

  • Thanks Sharon:) The carving is pure renaissance

in style and execution. Reminded me of the Italian masters - particularly Venetian art.

  • very beautiful and thanks for providing the history in the side-panel. lends to understanding more about the structures and what may be in within. 5 stars!

  • Thankyou Jo:) Yes, this place has a very interesting history.

  • Awsome video, enjoyed it very much ^^ 5*

  • Thanks Anna:)

  • Enjoyed the tour of the Mausoleum!

At 04.15 I saw what looked like an orb or speck of dust fall down in front of Chris. The evp capture was very clear..

  • Thanks Narm! :)

    I enjoyed going there.

I`ve looked at the master copy and there are more of these anomalies. My thoughts are open on this. They could be small bugs or minute paint flaking from the ceiling. They are certainly interesting. Thanks for pointing out.

  • Fantastic video work Chris !!!

Beautiful Church...enjoyed the visit...great Evp and the spark of lights "energie" has been around you whilst you where talking, between 4:00+6:00 : )

  • Glad you enjoyed it Heidi! :)

The EVP was certainly odd this time around.

    Appreciate always your positive comments.

  • I just love your videos, man! 5 stars.

  • orbs or dust at 4:11 to 4:16 just in front of Chris i see 2

  • also near 5:18 there is one

  • I`ve looked at the master copy and there are more of these anomalies. My thoughts are open on this. They could be small bugs or minute paint flaking from the ceiling. They are certainly interesting. Thanks for pointing out.

  • Wonderful, Chris. A beautiful place full of a rich and storied history, no doubt. Thanks for sharing it with us. :)

  • My pleasure - it`s a lovely place to visit:)

  • Thanks Chris for having Taccata &

Fugue at the begining of the video.

    That was a beautiful mausoleum

and I love pipe organ music.

    methodistgirl

  • I`m glad you liked it Judy, and pleased your new PC (btw) is coping with the video streams. The old one must have caused you all kinds of problems.

  • hi Chris, My great grandfather migrated to the colonies in 1672 from Essex County, but from Coulchester, the used to be walled city. Wouldn't you know a daylight confirmation would appear when you didn't have a camera in your hands. Thats the old catch 22, I guess. I'm guessing that dayligh confirmation lights such as the one in Corner are rare, The EVP made up for that cnfirmation. I've often wondered if there are difference in sightings between day and night. Good video.

    Dave Stacey

  • Dave: Your ancestors could have lived in Colchester during General Fairfax`s seige in 1648 I believe - during the second English Civil War. The walls were torn down after the seige by Fairfax to stop the Royalists using it again. The town occupants were at the time, Parliamentarian. Regarding day and night. I think spirit prefers the quieter hours, and of course better for us in detection. But I believe places are active 24 hours a day.

    Thanks for commenting:)

  • wait wheres the EVP?

  • Nice choise of music... I like Bach... By the way that was a nice catch you got... Orbs in the middle of the day, proof that its not a reflection of something...

  • Thanks for commenting - I like Bach too! :)

  • just maybe???

Certe nisi probavero spiritus qui ex Deo sunt, incurram necesse est in spiritus qui ex Deo non sunt, et ex hoc seducar a pseudoprophetis. Quid agam?

  • Thanks Spiney - I read your translation - well, whatever a pseudoprophetis (false prophet) is:)

    Thanks for sharing:)

  • these r very interesting videos :) thank you for sharing all ur adventures with us :D a lot of people enjoy them i knoe i do :) keep on making awesome videos :D

  • Thanks Nessa:) I`m very pleased that so many people enjoy my work and locations. I have more night and day visits planned to other places!

  • Cool! I'm jealous of all the history you Brits have! Baron Rich sounds like quite the opportunist from what you wrote. One did what one had to to survive in court though I suppose.

  • Lol! This history is certainly interesting - lucky me:)

Baron Riche wasn`t a pleasant man by all accounts, quite the politician to say the very least!

  • In fact, now that I've seen more as the vid progresses, there appears to be no doubt. Nice to view them in daylight.

  • Hi Chris. Would you attribute the 2 small light anomolies falling vertically to you left in front of the railings (4:11-4:17) to spiritual energy?

  • I`ve looked at the master copy and there are more of these anomalies. My thoughts are open on this. They could be small bugs or minute paint flaking from the ceiling. They are certainly interesting. Thanks for pointing out.
