@gallantmonx100 I already responded to the shonen thing. As for FCC standards, yes, you are right. However 4Kids goes overboard and a lot of what they do isn't just mandatory, that's the problem a lot of people have with them. That and they don't release an uncut dub, and/or official subs, to make up for it. And no it's not actually. 4Kids is a dying breed of a dubbing company. Most companies now release official subs and an uncut dub, and only censor what is literally required,

Also, as for the uncut thing, yeah they did, but they stopped after only 3 DVDs, even though the sales were great and definitely more than enough to continue. They just stopped since they didn't want it hurting their horribly butchered dub dvd sales.
@gallantmonx100 Technically Yu-Gi-Oh! is more of a shonen series, which means its for male teenagers. And the dub still is bad. And really? Well you're definitely entitled to your opinion, I wouldn't go as far as saying this is crappy. It's actually a pretty good track.
@Scadugengan I think that's because most people like the 4kids version. listening to this, I like it, but I prefer 4kid's take on it, which was really dark and evil. Come on - music is the on'y thing 4kids has ever been good at making. They should have been "MusiKids" or something, and worked UNDER a dubbing company, rather than being one and doing what they are useless at.
ah, you have a point there. I forget about their dub of 5ds since I avoided it like the plague. though I got bored of it entirely bu Team Unicorn's appearance. Now I'm fearful of how bad Zexal will be if 4Kids attempts it/
@MrJoeyWheeler I wouldn't say so much its because they like it, as much as it is people grew up with it. I do agree about 4Kids making some good tracks though, but rather than dubbing or working for a dubbing company, I'd prefer for them to make their own shows that they could use their music for. That way it wouldn't be replacing a, usually much better, original score.
