  • If I lived in Russia... This would be my way to get around :D

  • Sorry predictive text I meant to put super dell

  • Hi supercell. I'm thinking of getting a flattop 120. I weight 80kg around 12.5 stone in English. Would I be too heavy for this with a k2 wing?

  • How reliable are the engines, I mean could you fly low over a body of water without worry about the engine stalling out?

What is the maximum speed of a setup like yours?

  • @SloanZurnToto The engines are super reliable but with a single engine you shouldn't exactly fly to Hawaii. If you go in the water the Flat Top floats and has a quick release harness but you might want to at least be close to shore. The Flat Top set the world speed record at 50mph. It freaking rips. Just look up fastest paramotor in the world.

  • truly inspirational

  • That's the right way, make those things more quiet and less sounding nervous like a chainsaw.

This seems to be (it sounds like) a 4 cycle engine?

  • @SH1974 No 4 strokes are way too heavy and don't have the power to weight ratio so they end up making more noise. The best is still a 2 stroke like you see in this video.

  • Way Cool

  • omg i want one

  • Could be any safer than this...looks like fun. Are you pretty much flying in ground effect and are able to throttle back?

  • @SillySweetPea1969 There is no ground affect as the speeds are too slow and the wing is 20 ft above you. It is just a really efficient wing and the Flat Top is a very quiet paramotor.

  • How much would a full set up cost approx? Do you need a pilot's license?

  • @175myles Best gear is about $12,000. Cheapest gear is down to $4900. U-Turn USA carries everything both new & used and can explain in detail all the differences. No license is required of any sort and there are only 2 rules that really apply to these that are stupid simple.

  • I want to fly very bad now, that was soooo neat man...what a great hobby/lifestyle!

  • lol

  • Thats cool

  • Flying kind of low... are these supposed to fly kinda low?

  • @wildcatz123 Flying low is the funnest part of flying. Up high you don't get the feeling of movement like you do down low with objects rushing past you. We can fly up over 18,000 ft but flying low is the funnest thing on earth:).

  • @imasuper0308 u mean off earth haha

  • thts fucking amazing

  • I would like to free fly and use a motor go get me up, learned to fly from dixon in washington in the mid 90's but now live in wisconsin. Is it because of reduced wing loading that guys don't want to fly mid day on most days? Is there anything that can be done to fly mid day in good lift safely? If not why can I tow up mid day but not paramotor up there? I understand towing increases wing loading where paramotor decreases due to pendilum is that the key? center of gravity is the problem?

  • @buzzy1147 Yes of course you can fly a paramotor mid day. You probably heard some false information from the usppa scam or something. It's a group of self taught yohos who made up fake certifications and pretend to be instructors. They suck so badly if they flew in thermals they would wet themselves. Yes paragliders are specifically designed to be flown mid day in thermic conditions. You just want to make sure you have the right skills & equipment for it. Call 800-707-2525

  • congratuleichas!!!beatyful fly !!! sory no espquin ingles!!!! Acess im youtub

morro do mursa edinho brasopolis ! tanks!!! comente la pilicula ok!!

  • i was wondering.. i am 15 and since you said you don't need a license.. and if i got training on how to maneuver during flight, would i be able to fly one of these? thanks looks like crazy fun

  • @XxpaintballgeekxX Yes my son flies and he is only 10. My daughter is 14 and she flies as well. It is a total blast for all ages as long as you weigh at least about 80 lbs.

  • @imasuper0308 does your son fly solo?

  • @soxeyer Yes he does and so does my daughter which you can see in many of my other videos.

  • @imasuper0308 Hey man get a neck warmer ...lol Im thinking of getting into it. Get ahold of 12k n call U-turn huh? or test fight first. im already into two line stunt n four line traction and stunt kites and live in orlando area.

  • @jim28fl Yes in winter I used a turtleneck I pull up and a ski mask I pull down over it. Works awesome:). U-Turn carries all the major brands and has both new & used gear so you can get really good certified equipment for as little as about $6000. So you don't have to start with $12,000 but for that price you get the absolute best and brand new. If you are into kites already it will really give you a big advantage. Just call anytime at 800-707-2525.

  • Do you still have a willy after flying there? looks a little nippy for me

  • i like how its really close to the ground its fast safe and can travel in any kind of terrain how much would one of these cost and where would you buy one?!

  • @N000BPWN3RZ I added a link to the website in the description. The best paramotoring gear in the world like the Flat Top in this video is between $10,000-$12,000. Cheap stuff can be had for less but then the safety goes down drastically. Just talk to the guys at U-Turn USA as they are the best in the world.

  • LOL.. the first 3 seconds....you have the same look in your eyes as Steve Erwin had...........bad as a cut snake.

  • absolutely great! I hope you're getting better, and better, this is amazing, njoy

  • A few Questions for you. What is the cost of a set up like yours? How far can you travel on a tank of gas? How fast do these go? And where can I buy one and get training? Im in Utah and I think you are as well.

  • How much for a nice used set up? I can't wait to fly! Just have to get around that pesky wife.

  • Sweet Dizzle!

  • One question!

Can you use your hands freely while in flight? More specifically, would it be easy to take a nice camera up with you and take aerial photography, or do both of your hands need to stay on the steering lines?

Thanks! Looks like quite the machine.

  • I've got a few videos flying hands free! We use cameras mounted to our helmet, or on the machine it's self to take photos as well. Come flying with us!

  • im 17, can i train?-

  • very kewl vid:)

  • where can i get one..!!

  • @robbycupcakes It's pretty dang slick huh?! Just call 800-707-2525 to get one.

  • what about training how long does it take..?? can two people go on it..?? is it safe..??

  • @robbycupcakes SUPER training takes just over a week to be totally rocking. Yes you can fly tandem no problem as a Flat Top Ninja for example can carry over 500 lbs no problem at all. Zero people have ever died on Flat Tops and only 1 person has ever been injured on WPPGA certified equipment and that was a Red Bull pilot doing some insane stuff. So yes it is the safest action sport I've ever seen. Sooo dang fun!!!

  • i want one..!!!

  • How can anyone dislike this vid?????

  • @joolat The dislikes are from those selling other products as they know they have no chance to compete against the Flat Top and it makes them mad. Especially now since the new engine that just came out that blows everything else away is exclusively distributed by U-Turn and U-Turn only. Nothing else can even come close to the power, lightweight and safety of the Flat Top. That's why you see all the best pilots in the world flying them.

  • @imasuper0308 Can i buy a Flat Top 120 without the motor? Frame, Harness, tank etc..

  • would you be able to get up in the air turn the engine off then take pictures in one of these things?

  • @mustang13254 You can take pictures with the motor on but yes you can also turn the motor off and restart it in the air no problem.

  • lol that looks insanely freedomly

  • In the 60's, we used to take an old pair of skiis, cut the first two feet off the tips, and mount the bindings on these "shorties" as we called 'em. Turn on a dime, on a mogally downhill run. All you need are a pair of "shortie" skiis.

  • is it the radne raket engine dell.

  • @twostrokechris Yes this is a custom configured Radne Raket.

  • you just keep doing it you bastard i am trying to sell my boat and canoe to get the money to gether to buy one of these things and you just keep making it more painfull i hope i am half the pilot you are one day ??

  • @ThePopypete lol dude it is soooo feaking fun you can't even imagine the half of it. Let me know when you are ready to fly and I'll get you totally rocking. It is freaking awesome!!! The videos don't come close to doing it justice. It is way better than what you see.

  • I have just ordered a flat top 120 Dell, here in Ireland. I'm sure it will live up to all the videos i have been watching,, i'm completely new to the sport, so i hope it will take a knock or two,, cheers,, and get it shipped out asap please

  • nice flying, nice video, what codec or what software did you use to reach this quality?

I've got the gopro hd too, but after uploading the quality of the video will be much worse than this.

  • @hagyma76 I edit this with Pinnacle Studio 14. You also have to upload it to youtube in the right format or it doesn't work correctly.

  • ugh i'd love to have/do this some time...

  • You know, this would make a great tool for border patrol in Arizona, etc.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Erickdovento Yes it is the brand new design with all the latest optimization. Very slick unit.

  • What is the trim speed? (In vario: +1m/s)

  • @trufa12 about 220 fpm decent with the motor off. Is that what you are asking?

  • @imasuper0308 i guess he was asking about travelling speed, how fast can you climb ?

  • @drumatic86 300 fpm or so but it depends on pilot weight & wing.

  • Awesome footage - thanks! Please tell me what camera you're using on the skis - it's really good quality so would like to get one for my own paramotoring. Cheers

    John C

  • GoPro HD works pretty well.

  • Hey what an amazing thing you do. You just won me. I'm snowkiting three winters and always was dreaming about ultralight plain. But expensive license and price for the ultralight plain always stopped me. I see two things in one in what you are doing. Flying + you use para-glider. Thanks for your video.

  • What helmet is that Dell? Pretty slick design.

Is that the 22sm Eris 3RS?

    Sweet video.

  • That's the Charlie No Limits helmet I carry. Pretty cool huh? Sooo much lighter than the snowmobile helmet. Can't tell ya got it on. Yes that was the Eris III RS 22sm. Very slick!

  • Wow, that prop is quiet...

It cracks me up... you mentioned you really don't know how to ski yet you ski along just fine with a motor on your back.
