Why the HELL hasn't BP been prosecuted for gross misfeasance, negligence & dereliction of civic duty at the International Criminal Court, completely disbanded and ALL its resources seized and sold for recompense & remediation? BECAUSE Corporate power has subverted Rule of Law & corrupted US Representative democracy. Fraud, corruption, exploitation & subversion of gov and economy will go on until the American Public throws-off the shackles of techno-oligarchy w/ its neoliberal debt-servitude.
BP has shown us all very clearly the danger posed to the world by large powerful corporations. Our system promotes and produces sociopathic behavior. The large corporations of the world will do anything to make profits and will do everything within their power to protect those profits.
Keep this in mind as we progress as a society. Our economic structure is that of a fractional reserve system using a completely fiat currency used by a rapidly growing world population to buy products produced with absolutely finite resources... the end sum of this equation is 0. (zero)
