Never said Lamont owned Little Floyd, I just relayed what happened and why. I do know the brothers and I like all three as fighters; at this point in the brothers career Floyd is too experienced and skilled for them both, so in an actual bout Floyd would in all likely hood win, and most likely win big IMO. However, both brothers are solid and will be top fighters once they get accustom to fighting top competition on a regular basis!

This is something that fight fans need to consider.At the stage that Lamont is at in his career he has to stay in tip top shape to be prepared for an opportunity.I think that Floyd was in preparation for a fight when they sparred.Have you ever seen the sparring session between Spadafora and Mayweather? At the end of the Session Mayweather went to the corner and laid down on the canvas and rolled around in exhaustion.Spadafora was in tip top shape for an upcoming fight.

Great video. It's just sparring. Thats why floyd is always well prepared he gets good sparring partners. I been in gyms where the guy who can't even win a golden glove match beat the hell out of the local champ in the gym. Thats boxing it is what it is. In a real fight with 8 ounce gloves Floyd dominate both Lamont and Anthony Peterson.

First and foremost the only ppl who call people gay arent secure with their own manhood(grow up), Secondly the most important aspect of a boxer is his fighting style. It is possible that Lamont's style challenged Mayweather's the same way that Marquez's challenges Pacquiao's. Unexpected fighters can win seemingly impossible fights because of unorthodox styles which by the way is the reason Floyd has avoided certain fighters at times in his career

Anthony didn't spar w/ him bcuz he had a fight n a few days. Floyd got disrespectful saying LP gonna take the ass whipping 4 both bros. Floyd being Floyd, that's were the smack talk began. Floyd came there fresh, just to spar both bros. In fact the bros were the 1's working out. Floyd was trying to punk them both and got real personal about it and that's why Lamont stole him. i saw it as floyd sparring being relaxed taking it easy like your supposed to do in sparring.

peterson having to much to prove probably did step it up and got so out of line that his trainer probably had to stop him.

so technically peterson probably did get the "better" of floyd but probably only because floyd was taking it easy and not as serious as peterson was.

I haven't heard this story about Peterson-Mayweather sparring session. I have seen Lamont fight, once against Willy Blanks the frenchmen. I wasn't terribly impressed but he is a solid fighter with good fundamentals for the most part. So if Peterson, was giving Mayweather, hell then I don't know what that says. I mean it could mean a lot of different things.

Bradley should be able to eat up Lamont to be honest, imo.

The sparring was over when the trainer got in the ring to get Lamont. The trainer had already taken lamonts headgear off floyd was still talking about more rounds lamont walked to him both guys was face to face talking smack to each other the trainer got in the ring and grab lamont and took him out the ring because it was getting heated.get the story right

I agree with most of you but I think its kinda like he said in the video. Lamont was getting the best of Floyd and then Floyd prolly took it personal and started put it on Lamont. Cant really put alot on a "sparring session." Im a boxer and we use sparring to sharpen weak points in your game and work on diff gameplans. Stuff you normally wouldnt do. But we'll never know what happened unless they both come out and say something.
