absolutely my friend. as long as you have a stereo system of amp to plug it in to because the speakers on it suck.

I just use the headphone jack and found the right cables to connect my stereo and that works perfectly. It has line in and stereo aux jacks as well as a midi in/out. i have the version that does not record but it works with audacity. the cymbals do sound fake if you use the built in speakers but not if you have them plugged in to a better sound source. GET IT!
