No disrepect meant, but you're not getting off the throttle fast enough on your shifts. I can hear the RPM rising while you clutch and THEN shift.
Try "preloading" the shift lever before you shift...just slightly...maybe three pounds of pressure. When the clutch drops, the shifter will "snick" into gear much quicker.
Clutch down---throttle OFF at the same time, QUICK!!!
Yes...it takes practice.
There's nothing like a well shifted manual trans...

Ummm, I was speed shifting. You don't lift when you speed shift.
