Canada is a rich industrialized nation that is supposed to lead, and other countries follow. We are supposed to offer technologies to help poorer countries reduce their emissions, and we are supposed to do our part by reducing our own emissions.
The process worked in the past wrt cfc's & the ozone because Canada showed leadership.

I was already concern that CTV news might become like Fox news of Canada and these video only increases that fear.
