@MRresievil310 Not possible. No character starts at level 1. It is possible with no junction but only if you waste hundreds of hours boosting stats with Up items and Devour, since your level is limited.

The other characters are really low leveled.

I remember my first play through, I did it low leveled and not junctions.

HOLY FUCK!! I just got done beating Omega and it took me 56 minutes. No Lion Heart, only used Renzokuken twice with NO end move.Just used a SHITLOAD of Heroes and Zell's Duel Limit Break (didn't want to but it was too risky to have Squall stay vulnerable hoping for Gravija). Couldn't use Aura because I was under invincible the whole fight. I was standing up the whole time. Damn I fell on the floor when I finally won. WHEW!!

@caramelizeme The best way to kill him is to learn his rotation - he has a steady set of moves he goes through and have 2 characters set up with the ability Defend so you can survive Terra Break (impossible to survive without it unless you use heroes / holy wars which i consider cheating) and keep 1 character always ready to toss a megalixir out because unless your the guy in this video omega weapon has as much or more haste than you do.

You know... Whenever I played this game, and Squall did some epic Limit Break or Irvine took out his shotgun in the middle of the towns, I always thought to myself about the NPCs in the game that are just strolling by, wondering where the music is coming from. Or the NPCs that are having a lunch meeting and that look over to the right to see some giant beam of light in the distance, saying to themselves "WTF is that??"

....Just a thought.

meh, that was too easy, the only really hard thing about omega is the insane amount of HP, as soon as you get everone in limit break status, (i.e. low HP with hate and aura) he's pretty much toast, cause limit break attacks interrupt other attacks, he doesnt stand a chance. this isnt that hard to pull off, so i give you no props in any way due to this being a lame "uber" boss

Try to use a holy war by wining the laguna card from Ellone and use it after tat creature used megido flame...your HP should be 1 and before tat you must have aura at all your party member...And i'm using Squall, Rinoa and Zell...Beat him NOW!!Zell is the most important character here, he can use his limit break in 11 minutes if ur HP is 1 and in aura..tat's how rinoa can always use wishing star ..=)

I play this game 10 times and beat the story in the Jap and English version. cheating like hell! you need to play the Jap version and you will say the same shit bro. Erm.... you have to realize that Limit Breaks have priority order over ALL other attacks, including enemies...

If they all have haste..... at least one person is bound to have a turn before the the limit is completely over... and that gives them time to start a Limit Break. (You know... the one with the priority over all other attacks -_-)

Just like a character with 1 HP will get better limits than one who's HP is JUST low enough to get a limit, a character under Aura gets more and better limit breaks than is usual for their current HP. Think of it as a character under Aura is considered to have their HP even lower than it is for the purpose of limits.

My fav strategy against Omega Weapon is: Zell, Irvine; Quistis at low health Abilities Auto-Haste / Evade 30 % / Auto-Protect / one with Revive / Recover / Treatment the others with Item / Magic.... 1st: Zell Meltdown on Omega 2nd: Quistis Aura on Irvine 3rd: Irvine Fast Ammo / Normal 4th: Quistis Aura on Zell 5th: Zell Limit Break 6th: Irvine Limit Break 7th: Quistis if needed White Wind Shock Pulsar 8th: Keep at it! after 3 min, you're done... Omega gets 1-3 turns, thats that.

it's good... but the way i beat OW with no questions asked legitimacy was have rinoa stocked with mostly stat boosting magic, namely triple for spd, ultima for mag and meteor. then send her into angel wing mode... a beserk meteor is sure to follow, with the occasional ultima. angel wing doesn't suck if you know how to work it.

angel wing is the best, because i put my best speed into rinoa, and thanks to the auto command, that left me more than enough time to go looking for limit breaks with the other characters. I had 150 spd and auto haste for rinoa, and omega weapon didnt even get to gravija. Btw im not that crazy to spend that many time to max spd ¬¬
