I'm sorry, everyone have been raving on and on about Panini's customer service...but is it just me or should Panini be releasing quality in which reaching customer service is far between. All of the basketball products this year look identical and I just don't think Panini doesn't put any attention into detail.

Heres something that will make you think. What if your were to get that box and not record it? Whould they believe you that you didnt get your pack or whould you be out of luck on a $400+ box. That really sucks for the dealers such as Chris when its most definetely not his fault but he has to take the heat for it and it really makes you want to record every box you open just in case.Sorry about the box Ed and hope they make it right. Just my opinion
